Pros:

Clean, quiet, safe, staff was great, incredibly comfortable bed, and walking distance to everything. This was perfect for my stay. The lounge area was great - after a long day of walking the city each day, I grabbed a hanging chair and enjoyed a relaxing read from their manga library. For bicyclist, as Tokyo was my end destination, I was able to take my bike apart, pack it, and store the box with them while I stayed there. This was a fantastic hotel to end my trip in Japan. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Minor wish - free coffee to enjoy while in the lounge, would have made it an 11/10 stay.

出乎意料的好！
Pros:

这里做大的特点就是非常干净，让人很安心。也很安静，旅客们都会自觉的保持安静，同时床铺的隔音效果很好。每天都会给一套干净的浴巾和睡衣，从外面回来以后，直接就可以提着去洗澡了。 床下储存行李的空间很大，我大号的行李箱可以展开放。对了，还可以洗衣服。储藏柜都是可以锁上的，也很安全。这里交通便利，去哪里都很方便，地铁直达新宿，涩谷，表参道，银座……同时，周边步行范围内也有很多可以逛的地方。楼下就用快餐，便利店和各种餐馆。 二层公共区域有冷热水和微波炉，还挺方便的。 我是来东京学习的，这里通勤和生活都让我感到便利和安心。 下次还会选择这里。

Well maintained place, smells fresh and totally clean, staffs are very helpful.

Много тихо, чисто, чудесна локация в хубав район. Близо до всичко необходимо - храна, транспорт. Ежедневна подмяна на кърпи, почистване. Капсулата е широка, удобна, има tv, контакти, рафтче, огледало и отдолу помещение за багаж с ключ. Карта за асансиора за твоя етаж. Достъпа е ограничен само до хората, които ползват етажа. Женски и мъжки етаж. Чудесно! Препоръчвам!

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros:

Molto pulito e ben organizzato.
Posizione comoda e ben collegata con Narita Airport.

Cons:

La silenziosità dell’alloggio dipende dal comportamento dei vicini. In genere non penso sia un grosso problema, ma ci sono solo delle tendine come separazione.

Pros:

It is on very good location near kuramae station. Everything was amazing and clean

Cons:

First two nights I hardly slept because of guy on the other side, snoring. Howevery need ear buds which I get another night. Only problem is that, but all other was excellent
