What you pay for...
Pros:

It was super cheap, you get what you pay for. The place is pretty shady.

Pros:

Reasonably priced, clean, well maintained, flexible for a short or extended stay.... this inn offers a best place for travelers to stay.

The basics are provided here, and is good for not getting those unnecessary stuff other hotel rooms come with, such as six pillows, ten towels and a bird or flower shaped towels and so on.

The room I stayed had a kitchen and laundry machine. This setting made me feel like a home away from home.

The inn is located in a safe neighborhood that people are walking around. And the places you would like to go are in walking distance, e.g., 2 minutes walk to the entrance to the Gumo-San Park.

Transportation:
- 10 minutes walk to the Gumi Railroad station
- 10 minutes walk to the Bus Terminal. The buses there are running to and fro every corner of Korea.

Shops:
- Convenient stores are nearby
- 10 minutes walk to the Gumi market place
- Bus stops are close-by

This is the place I would like to stay when I am in Gumi, and will recommend others to stay here, too.
