It's manageable. Would not stay again though. There are so many hotels on that street.
Pros:

Breakfast had good selection. Location was absolutely great! Everything is walking distance for night life and food. Easy assess to the North and South beaches.

Cons:

For a 4 star rating hotel it did not live up to it's 4 star. It's more like a 2.5 maybe 3 star. Rooms are so old and outdated. The hotel needs to be updated.

Hotel ombygge front, mye bråker og støv, rommet veldig gammel, ikke som bilder på booking.com, basseng stygg og ved siden av gangen, ubehagelig bader med masse folker gå gjennom, svært håpløs, frokost drikkejuice få ikke påfyll etter tømt, mat som gammel, smakte svært dårlig, never comeback 👎

Worst hotel they won’t support you in any thing not at all worth for your booking.
Not to go at such hotel only if any one offer me for free to visit at these hotel i won’t go only.

Overall good value for six nights and two rooms
Pros:

The breakfast was good and changed regularly. The staff were excellent.

Cons:

Our bathroom had mould buildup around the silicon and water flooded the bathroom floor. The bed was very hard. Both windows facing the main road were broken and didn’t close properly. Therefore noisy.

Pros:

The property for the most part was good. The front desk staff doesn't speak english so come prepare with a translator. The beds are extremely hard it feels like you are sleeping on wood pallets. I think the room price should be under $80 a night. The location is great!
