It was okay. Pricy for what it is
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking and check in was easy. Staff really friendly

Cons:

We had an infestation of ants. The place is a bit tired, broken lamp, marks on carpet and walls

Comfortable one-night stay for a work visit
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The place had plenty of great amenities, well-equipped kitchen utensils, and a clean bathroom, which is very important to me. The stay was comfortable, and I loved the view. I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Carpets are quite old and had a slight smell, but this did not affect my overall stay.

Wonderfully spacious with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, comfortable living rim the amazing huge balcony.
Pros:

The balcony was vast n we had breakfast outdoor on balcony every morning n gazed at stars every night 🙌🏻

Cons:

There was no supermarket at walking distance at all. The closest place was Notting Hill Garden Nat/ Taproom/Steakhouse/coffee shop which was 8 mins walking distance from the flat.

Overall we had a blast, one of the better serviced apartments we have stayed at
Pros:

The staff were really friendly, it was in a great location for us and the apartment fitout and amenities were all spot on, had everything we needed for a 4 night stay

Cons:

The apartment had a unique smell while not offensive, was not one I personally enjoyed and it was most prominent in the bedroom. No amount of airing out got rid of it which was unfortunate

Wouldn’t recommend unless money was spent to updates all the furniture
Pros:

The apartment itself is fine just needs to have some money spent on it to make it more comfortable for the guests. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

The furniture in the apartment was of very poor standard. The lounge has sunken and as such made getting of it difficult. Dining room chairs about to fall apart, dining and coffee table extremely damaged and look unclean but was due to the poor condition of them. Being in the older age group my husband and I found all the seating furniture extremely uncomfortable, in fact I was worried the chair would collapse it was so rickety. No thongs, scissors etc.
Patio needed a good sweep and clean, even the chairs on the deck were extremely uncomfortable.

A great place to stay
Pros:

Room was spaceous, bed comfortable, large windows to allow a lot of light in.
It was great to see a dryer along with the washing machine
Parking was easy

Great base for visiting the Monash area.
Pros:

The room was lovely and clean. It was serviced once during our stay and was lovely and clean when we arrived back after a busy day out. It was also lovely and quiet and had parking available.

Cons:

Our only complaint was that the bedside lights did not operate. We were assured that housekeeping would take care of that but it never happened.
