We will visit again.
Pros:

Great Location near Monash Uni and close to Chadstone, and Dandenong. We stayed in a 2 Bed Room Unit, very quiet location, No smoking, under cover parking, good reception staff.

Cons:

Nothing. We asked for extra time for check out, which they were happy to allow. Much better than other similar apartments we stayed. Very friendly and understanding staff.

Fine for local event but had no sleep and suffered the next day and night

It was bigger than a hotel room - couch for two with tv and table and chairs and kitchen

Cons:

Towels thin. Dog (s) barking all night regularly and it seems no one there either dog (s) to quieten them or it, needs an update, paint, bit more of a vibe. Weird long hall leading to a window in the bedroom bad planning.
