Millesime Hotel

1. Rooms are dirty and aged
2. Receptionist are not friendly and looks like they are not happy to work there.
3. Limited choices in the breakfast settings. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories
4. Power switches in the room falling apart.
5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star.
Badly run down premise.
6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs.

Its ashame that this hotel has been left unattended.
Should need a fully renovation.

Bed was alright but pillows were a nightmare! They were like sleeping on a ball! Bring your own pillows if you want to stay here!

The hotel is dated and room needs major renovation. The buffet breakfast selection was quite bad, and the porridge was cold. Check in and check out was prompt though.

Enjoyed the stay, room was big and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t anything to rave about though, but no major issues for me. Staff were friendly and attentive to detail.

Room was dusty. Inconvenient location. Food served are bad as well. under expectation.

Unclean, smoking allowed in the lift lobby of every floor, bad maintenance, unfriendly staff, can hear sounds from the corridor... total nightmare

The service in frond desk very excellent. the check in just few second the hotel environment so nice and pleasant...compare other. only the food they must improve the menu.

Pleasant stay. Nice and comfy beds with plenty of pillows. Room is clean and neat. Easy check in and friendly staff.

Breakfast spread can be improved. Otherwise value for money stay. Would recommend for big families.

Love that the hotel is not so near to city centre.. Peaceful environment. However, it is quite near to AEON and TESCO bukit indah which is great! Not recommended to go to the gym and swimming pool though, it is so small.
The breakfast buffet was reasonably good, would reccomend to go earlier.

It is an ok hotel with large hotel rooms. Some pointers of my experience:

Pro

- Rooms are huge and modern
- Decent view from windows
- Technician came quickly after calling the reception on my problem with reception of the TV

Con

- Strong cigarette smell at corridor and also in my room at times
- Noise soundproof of bedroom needs improvement
- No welcome drink (as claimed) when I arrive
- Layout of basement car park is weird and require some manoeuvre
- Called room service but food served is different from the description and price in room service menu. However after bringing it up to the waiter, the restaurant acknowledged error and is nice to provide complementary 3 slices of water melon and 2 muffins as apology

Going breakfast on 9am but only 1 staff to serve all customers in the cafe. Food slow to refill. No person in egg counter.

Different room layout 2 rooms control by an entrance. If room facing high way expect to b slight noisy. Room floor beside vacuum should wet mop to dust away. Good wifi signal. Breakfast limited varieties. Mainly targetted for family n friends visit or treatment at the next door hospital. As shopping and eateries are about 3km away need transport

Big room, but far from city, nearby got nothing

It is a new hotel which is one year old since its official opening. It offers good breakfast and hotel service. The rooms are large with fresh beddings and linens. Good housekeeping. Live band performance at night. Suitable for a weekday business trip or family weekend rest. No nearby shops or malls. Need a car to move around. Private transport may be hard to book.
