Royal Life Residence

Otel odaları oldukça büyük 3+1 daire büyüklüğünde lobi biraz hazırlıksız yakalandı ama gösterdikleri ilgi ile bunu telafi ettiler. Verilen oda gayet güzeldi. Temizlik çok iyi değil ama istendiği zaman ekstra temizlik yapıldı. Kahvaltı oldukça iyiydi 6 adet ara sıcak vardı. Tek dezavantajı otelin yolu ve biraz yokuşta olmasıydı. Odanın interneti arızalıydı yan odanın internetini kullandım. Aile için tavsiye derim. ederim.

The apartment was good and clean and the location is also good the only thing that they need to take care of is to send the house keeping everyday

We had to negotiate breakfast time from 1.30am to 8am as it's Ramadan. Being tourist we were not following Ramadan. Horrible breakfast, just bread and cheese. The sad part is staff use language barrier as an excuse to avoid service. For instance they shut down the wifi after12am when inquired after 2 minutes conversations he said "no English". They didn't replace the kettle which didn't work and said bringing tea at 8.30am, no show till 10am. My dad who is diabetic and has hypertension was very challenging to understand such non-compliance of the staffs. Such minimum requirements come with when one go for vacation and the minimal expectation was missing. Extremely disappointing. The hotel room, washroom and view were spacious, clean and great.

The Hotel is in a quiet residential area, a supermarket is in the same building. We stayed just one night in the hotel. The room (actually it was a flat) was very big, clean, with kitchen and balcony and was comfortably. We had a small problem but the staff helped very fast and friendly. Unfortunately we couldn't try the breakfast, because we left too early. We had a good experience for a very good price.

They didn't make the room service even when we hang "Please Clean Room" sign on the door
They couldn't control the other guest noise
Likely furniture and equipped kitchen
you can keep your eyes on kids while playing in playground, but still not safe because the gate is door-less and security personal existing in building not on gate

Cleanliness of room

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement
