De locatie was echt top in t centrum

We loved our 5 nights at B Street Hotel - we felt very much at home in our little room. So it certainly was small but it was still a functional space that worked well. The bathroom was quite big and felt modern and clean. I found the bed comfortable and overall it felt like a cosy space. We were lucky and had an amazing view over the street and the location is just excellent in Georgetown! It really was great value for money in our eyes too, so if you are looking for cheap, cheery and clean, I'd recommend it.
There are some things that could be done to spruce the room up and would make it feel really fresh and clean - the walls are pretty scuffed for example. But it is an old building and not anything that takes away from the overall stay.
The location of the hotel is
Perfect. Close to all the popular attractions and easy to get to from the ferry
The tv was difficult to operate and they didnt clean the rooms but I am not sure if they have that service

Shower curtain had a little bit of mould on it and room had a slight funny smell to it. For the price, all in all, it was very good value and I expected a lot less at that price point - very happy with our stay.

I am a regular at BStreet because it's relatively affordable, as well as clean and conveniently located for my purposes: to be near the venues for the George Town Literary Festival, and also the heritage areas of the city.
I have left things in my room on two separate visits, but on calling to check, the staff claimed not to have found the objects (a literary journal and a cloth tote bag). These things were not expensive, but nevertheless, I was upset to lose them. This most recent stay, I found that I could not charge my phone at any of the electrical outlets. Luckily I happened to have a power bank with me and so I managed to charge my phone. I believe there must have been a voltage issue with the outlets in Room 106. I hope this problem can be resolved.
