It was pretty good.
Pros:

I didnt even know there was a spa. Nothing was really close, and there is a love hotel next door. Honestly, I'm pretty sure that this is a love hotel, but Im not 100% sure. Would stay here again if I am in the area.

事前に電話で問い合わせをしましたがとても丁寧に対応してくださり、当日も忙しそうにはされていましたが雑な対応はなくてとても良かったです。
入浴剤やシャンプー等もフロント前にあって選べるし、すぐ使えるのが助かりました！
また使いたいです。

まあ、happy hotel って感じ。
エレベーターがないので不便。
シャワーヘッドが壊れていてお湯が漏れてるし、水圧も弱くて心地良くはない。
部屋のハンギング型の椅子のソファーが怪しく汚れていて、汚くて座れない。

チェックイン時に、途中外出についての案内がなかったこと。部屋の備え付けの電話が使用できなかったこと。WiFi完備との事でしたがWiFiが使えなかったこと。これら以外は普通に過ごせました。

Pros:

予約料金より高く請求されてびっくりした。おかしいことを説明したらようやく正しい料金に戻ったが、宿泊の仕組みを従業員が理解していないようだ。
部屋は照明切れや使えない機器もあり、余計に不愉快になった。
