Bardzo udany pobyt, polecam !
Pros:

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, obok przystanek autobusowy. Pokój nie jest bardzo nowoczesny, ale czysty i przestronny. Bardzo sympatyczna i miła obsługa. Pracownicy recepcji w każdej chwili służą pomocą. Witają gości z uśmiechem, więc czujesz się mile widziany. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania, pyszna kawa z ekspresu. Szczerze polecam pobyt w tym hotelu.

Excellent value for money and a superb location. Highly recommend this hotel

Great value for money. Superb location. Great rooms with very comfy beds. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Almaty

Отличная локация! В шаговой доступности достопримечательности Алматы: Арбат, Парк 28 панфиловцев, Вознесенский собор, Зеленый базар, остановки общественного транспорта, станция метро "Жибек Жолы", куча кафешек и закусочных.
Очень вежливый, доброжелательный персонал, откликается на любую просьбу.
Неплохие, достаточно разнообразные завтраки.

Cons:

От отеля 4 звезды ожидаешь более качественного сервиса. Например, халаты, кондиционер для волос (всего этого не было в номере, хотя я бронировала номер люкс).
Для отеля, позиционирующего себя как 4 звезды, да еще и для номеров люкс в качестве жеста гостеприимства было бы уместно встречать гостей вазочкой фруктов или других колмплементов от отеля.
Ковровые покрытия в коридорах и в номере, мебель и постель были уже довольно уставшие, словно на исходе своей службы.
Также в номере не было никаких памяток для гостей с номерами телефонов необходимых служб, перечнем услуг отеля и т.п.
Это, возможно, маленькие недочеты, но они смазывают в целом очень приятное впечатление от отеля.
