A pleasant experience
Pros:

The hotel has a central location and esay to walk to the most popular pedestrian shopping street. The metro station is also very close. The Turandot restaurant in the hotel serves authentic Chinese foods. The room is clean and spacious. It was a pleasant experience.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Malgré un hall d'accueil très spacieux les chambres sont indignes d'un 4 étoiles. Petites, le lit collé contre le mur, la salle de bain toute petite.

PERFECT STAY - Central location, friendly accommodating staff, very comfortable room.
Pros:

Excellent service by staff! Early check-in and late check-out provided. Additional privileges upon request. Very comfortable room, very clean and well equipped. Fabulous location in City Centre.

Ideale Ausgangslage für die Stadtbesichtigung
Pros:

Top Lage, nahe der Metro Station Zhibek Zholy.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Grosses Frühstücks Buffet. Auf Wunsch wurden sogar Spiegeleier gebraten.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Bett war bequem. Gepäck konnte nach dem Check-out noch eingestellt werden.

Cons:

Obwohl wir ein Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten, gab man uns ein kleines Standard Zimmer. Ich beanstandete dies. Anschliessend gab man uns dann ein Deluxe Zimmer (kleines upgrade),
Den verstopften Duschabfluss meldete ich am Empfang, wurde aber nicht behoben, Schade

Pros:

I arrived at the hotel past midnight, and the staff member suggested that a discounted price be offered. What a generous and honest hotel.

The location is superb too.

Cons:

The breakfast may not be the best in town and the dining room was very busy. Given the price this is totally acceptable.
