понравилось расположение отеля. частота уборки, отзывчивость персонала

Cons:

в ванной было весьма прохладно - батарея еле грела, а теплого пола не было. не было нормальной полочки для размещения косметики.
завтрак был до 10 по будням - а я все таки в отпуске и хотела бы подольше спать.

Мне понравилось месторасположение отеля, приветливый персонал, чисто в номере, ежедневная замена полотенец.

Cons:

Не понравились завтраки, очень скудно, абсолютно нет выбора, но и вкусовые качества еды оставляют желать лучшего. Но это моё мнение.
Не понравился номер, я брала стандарт на двоих, квадратура номера на двоих очень мала. Номер рассчитан на одного человека. Соответственно из этого моё мнение, что цена за номер завышена.
