The room cleaning was very good. The staff cleaned the room every day, provided two bottles of water daily, and the bedsheets and towels were always clean, fresh, and well-maintained.

A lot of things.
In the corridor (I stayed on the 2nd floor), there was a constant, strong smell of a Soviet-style dining (столовая). I’m not sure why. I raised this with the staff, but I guess nothing could be done — the smell stayed the entire 7 nights of my stay.
I don’t usually have a big breakfast, just fruit and coffee. But the coffee was awful. I’m not a coffee gourmet, but this didn’t even smell like coffee. It seemed very old, and the beans were sitting in the machine (you could see them) for a long time. I asked the staff if they had another option and mentioned that the coffee was bad, but they said no there was no fresher coffee.
I stayed at this hotel a few years ago, and it didn’t feel as depressed as it does now.
I would not choose this hotel again and would not recommend it. Sorry, guys.
