Magique et inoubliable
Pros:

Nous avons tout apprécié , c est proche de la perfection . Nous avons passé 6 jours formidables . Une note particulière au service et aux mets plus délicieux les uns que les autres . Bravo aux cuistos ..

Désolée mais la seule note négative sont les soins : j en ai essayé 2 et l esthéticienne est sans douceur , brutal dans ses gestes , 2 fois j ai eu mal à cause de ses ongles … et plus elle utilisait son téléphone entre 2 gestes .. c est désolant un manque de savoir être alors que c était sensé être un moment de relaxation

An exceptional experience in tranquility
Pros:

This was a dreamy destination for us and a great escape from the summer heat. This hotel is located right near the heart of the Italian Alps and delivers an immediately relaxing, calming and healing atmosphere. The food is simply mouth-watering, the attention to detail by the staff is unmatched and the premises are surrounded by nature, pine trees and gorgeous valleys. There is a river stream directly in front of the hotel so you fall asleep to the sound of the water running down from the mountains. It's an exceptional experience with very carefully curated areas by an exceptional team who clearly love what they do!

Pros:

Uns hat Alles gefallen. Besonders die Küche,der schöne Balkon und das Schwimmbad. Auch der ruhige Betrieb des Hotels war angenehm.

Raccomandatissima soluzione per rilassarsi ed esplorare i dintorni di Vipiteno. Pet friendly.
Pros:

L'albergo è bello e molto confortevole, moderno/di design ma perfettamente inserito nel contesto naturalistico. Grande attenzione alla sostenibilità, molto apprezzata. Camera matrimoniale deluxe comoda, dimensioni corrette, non lussuosa (mancava frigo bar), ma dotata di un bel terrazzo attrezzato (anche altalena!) e con una bella vista sul verde e la chiesetta. Dormivamo (finestra aperta) cullati dal rumore del ruscello che scorre davanti alla struttura. Prima colazione strepitosa, cena ottima ogni sera con possibilità di scegliere il proprio menu dalla mattina. Zone relax e SPA molto piacevoli e ben organizzate. Attrezzature per escursionismo messe a disposizione dall'hotel (io mi sono fatta dare le racchette gratuite). Ho chiesto i doppi cuscini e anche piccolo frigo in camera e siamo stati immediatamente accontentati. Segnalo che l'hotel accoglie i cani (a pagamento) ed è in posizione magnifica per gite ed escursioni (anche organizzate dall'hotel stesso). Vipiteno (deliziosa) è a 2 km. Aggiungo che ho dimenticato due pacchi al momento della partenza e Viktoria mi ha rapidamente organizzato il corriere per spedirmeli a casa. Nel complesso, tutto perfetto, all'altezza delle nostre aspettative/pretese che erano alte (non lo definirei economico, ma vale i soldi spesi). Da tornare.

Cons:

Premesso che l'hotel e il soggiorno ci hanno pienamente soddisfatti a voler proprio essere pignoli, segnalerei: mancanza piccolo frigo bar in camera che trattandosi di una Deluxe un po' spiace (a noi serviva per pappa cane e glacette borsa frigo e non appena segnalato mi è stato recapitato in camera ma purtroppo non funzionava); noi avevamo la moquette in camera (io la detesto, ma direi che dava l'impressione di essere pulita, forse nuova, comunque molto in ordine). Comunque non tutte le camere ce l'hanno e ci sono family room/suite strepitose). Nel complesso, tutto perfetto, all'altezza delle nostre aspettative/pretese che erano alte (non lo definirei economico, ma vale i soldi spesi). Da tornare.
