Pros:

A személyzet kedves volt, és a reggeli is nagyon ízlett nekünk. A szálloda jó elhelyezkedésű. A szobában tisztaság volt. Mi összességében elégedettek voltunk a szolgáltatásokkal. Annyit mondhatok a negatív értékelésekre reagálva, (melyek egyébként minket is gondolkodóba ejtettek) hogy ennyi pénzért, senki se számítson luxusszállodára.

Cons:

Kissé tényleg zajos az utca. Megfordul ezen a környéken néhány szegényes külsejű ember, viszont nem kell tőlük félni, mert nem törődnek az emberrel. A légkondi sajnos tényleg nem működött, de túl lehet élni.

موقع الفندق ممتاز وكادر العمل في الفندق متعاون جداً وباقي المرفقات جيدة
The hotel's location is excellent, the staff is very helpful, and the rest of the facilities are good.

Cons:

هناك ملاحظة بشأن الفطور محدود جداً اتمنى ان يتحسن وربما نوع الفطور يكون بهذا الشكل

❌ Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Substandard ConditionsOverall Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)Our recent stay at this property was highly disappointing due to serious management issues and poor room conditions.Check-in and Service IssuesLost Reservation: We arrived at 18:09, but the front desk had already given our assigned room to someone else.Long Delays: We were forced to wait inside our car with young children for nearly three hours while the staff attempted to arrange alternative accommodations.Language Barrier: Communication was extremely difficult as the reception staff could not speak or understand English.Room Quality and ComfortLack of Cleanliness: The accommodation was visibly dirty upon arrival.Severe Odor: There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the property. The staff attempted to mask it using camphor blocks, but this only made the air quality worse.Broken Amenities: Both the air conditioning unit and the Wi-Fi internet were completely non-functional during our stay.ConclusionThe first night was highly stressful and uncomfortable for my family. Due to the lack of basic amenities, poor hygiene, and unprofessional check-in process, I cannot recommend this property. Management urgently needs to improve its customer service and maintenance standards.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, cerca de Eminönu y de la plaza Beyezit, así como la animación tradicional del barrio. El trato con el personal fue agradable y el desayuno bastante variado. La relación calidad-precio es estupenda.

Cons:

En realidad, no tengo reproches que hacer. Quizá la animación a veces duraba hasta tarde, con ruido de discusiones en la calle, pero formaba parte del ambiente del barrio y no nos impotó en exceso. La habitación era pequeña, aunque adecuada.

Az elhelyezkedés szuper, a személyzet barátságos, de a szoba rémes és koszos volt.

A személyzet nagyon barátságos, kedves volt, a szállás elhelyezkedése miatt pedig láthattuk a helyiek mindennapjait.

Cons:

A fürdőszoba nagyon koszos volt, a wcn mindenféle ürülék, zuhanyzóban szőr,haj,penész. Az ágy fölött a plafon leszakadni készül, a padló koszos, ágynemű koszos, kispárna nem volt. Az ágy két oldalán ablak, ami egy olyan helységre nézett, ami egy építkezéshez és annak mocskához hasonlított, ahonnan éjjel nagyon hangos zaj szűrődött be.
