Nice hotel in busy area
Pros:

Most valuable asset of this hotel is staff. Very polite and helpful. Hotel was clean with good breakfast. There is dedicated private parking area. Room was clean and everything was working. Recommend the hotel.

Good hotel
Pros:

Located around 600 meters away from forum trabzon, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes, the rooms were spacious, clean and with comfy beds, the breakfast buffet was good and the reception staff were helpful.

Pros:

No direct entrance to the hotel. We had to walk through the restaurant with all smokers around. The breakfast was horrible. Room service closed after midnight. One small pillow per bed. I had to buy extra one the whole place is full of heavy smokers and waterpipe lovers. Several good things about this hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Close to the forum mall , airport, and central market.

Pros:

Oda büyüklüğü iyiydi fakat 2 gece konakladığımız odaya temizlik için gelmediler. Ayrıca duşta ahize yoktu ve duşakabin izolasyonlu değildi. Duş aldığınızda tüm banyo su içinde kalıyordu. İşin komik yanı bunu bilerek banyo da kolayca suyu toparlamak için çekçek koymuşlar. Ertesi gün duş ahizesini yenisi ile değiştirmişler ve eski olanı öylece banyoda bırakmışlardı.

An unclassified 4 Star Hotel
Pros:

We stayed in this hotel for a week. Although it isn't rated as a four star hotel, it is compatible with already rated four hotels in Istanbul and other Turkish cities by Turkish standards of course, not European.
Although the staff don't speak English well, they are friendly and helpful when approached, and they do their best to communicate with you.
The breakfast is moderate and repetitive, but not bad. The only issue with this hotel is its entrance which is uphill and goes through a cafe where there is a tiny lobby, yet, you can use the cafe's chairs to relax for a while; a bit inconvenient. The internet is quite good on but not on the ground floor where the reception is.

الفندق ممتاز وانصح به نظيف غرفة واسعة وبه مواقف مجانية وبجانبه جميع الخدمات والمطاعم والمسجد كذلك قريب من مركز تجاري اسمه فوروم مول يبعد مشي تقريبا 7 دقائق أنصح بالسكن في الفندق
