Needs updating and pool closed for 3 hours a day
Pros:

Nice beach, good location

Cons:

Pool closed for 3 hrs everyday from 12.30-3.30, lifeguard was rude, rooms could do with an update, pool are could also do with upstairs and toilets by pool were dirty

Excellent holiday
Pros:

The moment we arrived we knew we’re on good hands and Rafaela from reception was great. But the entertainment team exceed our expectations with their daily games and their hospitality spirit (Fede, Andrea and Genaro) which I’ve never experienced until now. Food was delicious with authentic pizza, genuine pasta and great salad variety. Davide and Alice great customer service!! At least but not last 5 stars housekeeping. Carola was our second person to approach us at swimming pool which had a huge contribution to our experience.
STRONGLY Recommend.

A parte i pasti, deludente e troppo caro per quello che offre
Pros:

Servizio ristorazione ottimo (colazione, pranzo e cena)

Cons:

Il bagno della camera necessitava manutenzione (pannello doccia rotto).
Il balcone della camera microscopico (c'era anche uno scalino alto per accedervi!) e senza neanche una sedia (non ci sarebbe entrata!)
La spiaggia a pagamento (€ 30,00 al giorno) e mi hanno dovuto cambiare 3 volte ombrellone perché era già stato assegnato ad altre stanze (disorganizzazione). Alle 16 gli ombrelloni sono già oscurati dall'omra dell'hotel.

PIACEVOLE VACANZA...con un'attenta pulizia della camera sarebbe stata INDIMENTICABILE!
Pros:

Ottima strutturazione degli spazi ristorante/piscina/spiaggia con buona animazione ricca di entusiasmo.

Cons:

È sottovalutato il campo di calcetto e che la tariffa per le sdraio andrebbe inclusa senza costi aggiuntivi nella formula pensione completa.
Migliorare l'igiene nella camera anche se la pulizia base è garantita.

Pool closed for 3 hrs everyday!!!
Pros:

Good location and breakfast was ok, but took a while to get a coffee to the table. Room was clean but could do with an update. Reception staff friendly. Pool area could do with an update, broken tiles and missing grout, pool bar was closed had to go into bar, pool life guard was not friendly and was constantly shouting and telling us off for move chairs or not following silly rules, also big thing that we wasn’t told about when booking the pool closes everyday from 12.30-3.30 which was very inconvenient and we wouldn’t have booked if we new this!!!! No hat were required in the pool. Beach was nice and plenty of sun beds by pools and on beach. Pool toilet could do with a clean and update one only one toilet for ladies and one for men’s and one disabled, which seems silly for the number of people in the hotel. Good baby room for which supplied pasta and fresh sauces to make yourself. Also only two lift and very slow and waited a long time in mornings for it. Overall would not return.
