Pros:

amazing, kind staff. we did the manta tour through them and felt very taken care of whilst doing it. the location of the huts is immaculate - right on the beach, right near the pool. the buffet breakfast was so yum! + massages were incredible. would 10000% stay here again.

Cons:

first day we got there, I got the snapper and it was still very raw towards the centre. however, everyday after that the food was 10/10 no faults. the showers are very authentic so its basically standing under one stream of water and the hot water goes in 2 minutes so shower quick. I will say these two problems are very small and I would recommend this place to anyone that's thinking about staying here.

Super leuk hotel op mooiste strand van Nusa Lembongan. Heerlijk lunchen indien je een rustdag hebt met geweldig uitzicht vanuit de infinity pool. Leuke poolbar.

Cons:

Wat verder van restaurants en winkelgebied. Druk restaurant wat voor de avond niet super gezellig oogt. Meeste staf is super aardig. Betaalsysteem en cassiere zijn wat minder vriendelijk.

Hut idyllique sur la plage
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, directement en bord de plage. Le personnel est attentionné et accueillant. À votre arrivée, une boisson de bienvenue vous est offerte à la réception. Le transfert depuis le port est également organisé par l’hôtel, ce qui rend l’arrivée particulièrement pratique.

Cons:

Nous n’avons aucun commentaire négatif à formuler. Toutefois, notre hutte était située juste en face de la plage. Le bruit des vagues peut être apaisant pour certains, mais il pourrait être dérangeant pour d’autres, surtout la nuit.

Management et sécurité défaillant
Pros:

La vue sur la plage, le personnel sauf le management

Cons:

Le confort des chambres laisse à désirer et réel problème d'entretien je me suis blessé gravement la jambe a cause d'une marche pourrie de l'escalier menant à la salle de bain qui a cédé

Le traitement de l'accident a été pitoyable de la part du management qui m'a offert royalement 3 drinks en échange d'une jambe ruinée et d'un séjour gâché.

Je remercie néanmoins Leni qui a tenté de pallier au manque notoire de son manager Paul pour qui la sécurité de ses occupants semblent être quelque chose d'accessoire.

Dommage car sinon le personnel est adorable et la vue magnifique mais un tel problème de sécurité et d'entretien ne devrait pas arriver dans ce genre d'établissement.

Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment super! Proche de Warung ou manger le soir!
Les huts sont confortables. Il y a de l’air co dans les huts et la salle de bain est à la belle étoile.
C’est très sympa!
La piscine est agréable. Il y a pas mal de transats pour s’installer.
La mer est parfois dangereuse donc prudence!

On a vraiment tous apprécié notre séjour au Dream Beach.
Nusa Lembongan est une île très sympa. L’ambiance est cool. Et les prix des activités ou resto tout à fait correctes!

We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the property is amazing. The beach is absolutely stunning, and the views are breathtaking. We would definitely love to come back!

Cons:

The deluxe hut wasn’t very spacious, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. Unfortunately, the laundry service also damaged three of our items, which we only discovered after we had already left the property.
