Weinig activiteiten. Het eten was heel beperkt, variatie zat er heel weinig in. Een aantal dagen hetzelfde soort eten was er gekookt.

Pros:

Компактность отеля очень гармонична. Чистота и работа персонала создаёт лучшую атмосферу и отдыхающие все на дружеской волне. Кухня сбалансирована и очень вкусная. Аквапарк, волейбол, море и работа анимации великолепна. Отдельно благодарность аниматору Саше!!!

Дружелюбный персонал и вкусная разнообразная еда

Cons:

Очень грязно, все старое протертое, убитое, полотенца и постель настолько были застиранные и убиты, что были просто в дырках. Стёкла разбитые, в холле у двери лежал вот такой непонятный кусок ковролина и в отеле все в таком состоянии, чистового сантиментра нет

В целом было неплохо, вечерним программы в амфи театре компенсировали кучу недостатков отеля
Pros:

1. Вариативность еды
2. Развлекательные программы и предлагаемые Активити (отдельное спасибо Кидс клубу и Руководителю Отдела Entertainment)

Cons:

1. Забыли провести уборку номера в один из дней
2. Тренер по йоге (Юлия) из отдела Entertainment, просила взять ей алкогольные напитки из бара. Также при проведении одного из физ.активити допускала к занятиям людей в алкогольном опьянении, что повлекло за собой инцидент (пожилая женщина впала и получила травму) - тренер даже не предложил помощи и не поинтересовался состоянием человека - не вызвали мед.помощь - полная халатность персонала. Также тренер делиться персональными данными гостей отеля без их согласия, что является грубейшим нарушением правил конфиденциальности.
3. Рыбный ресторан - очень сложно назвать рестораном - скорее терасса с едой из основного ресторана (просто ближе к морю)
4. Допуск курить прямо в зонах полных детей (детский бассейн, как пример)
5. Входные Двери комнат - требуется регулировка доводчиков - двери хлопают слишком сильно (мешает иногда спать)
6. Отсутствуют нормальные пункты выдачи полотенец у входа в зоны пляжа и бассейна (очень странная процедура обмена карточек на полотенца - очень неудобно)
7. Без алкогольные напитки очень слабого уровня - для людей не употребляющих алкоголь - особо нет нормальных альтернатив - кофе везде отвратительный, кроме пекарни (но нужно просить налить кофе из проф кофе машины)

Perfect family holiday with excellent service, delicious food, and beautiful surroundings.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Rai Premium Tekirova. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and located right by the sea with amazing mountain views. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The food was delicious with a wide variety every day, and the pools and beach area were excellent for both adults and children. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a family holiday.

Cons:

Honestly, we enjoyed everything. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay with no major issues.

I liked some dishes, the clean beach / pool and activities.

Cons:

The Jacuzzi was never warm always cold. Too many flies on the food (Pizza, Cheese, Ham, Vegetables,...) which was disgusting to be honest.

Do not book if you're booking as a gift to someone else
Cons:

I booked it months before the stay. Booked it for my mom asa present in her BD, and clearly defined the guest details in Booking. Just few days before the travel they messaged me saying that the payment must be done upfront (which is fine), but ONLY with CC on a name of a guest. I tried explaining them it's a present and I'd like to pay myself - but no luck, they threatened me they'll canel the booking (again - few days before the travel! All things packed, tickets bought, friends are waiting her there)

End result: gift was ruined by a need my mom to pay herself

Pros:

Lots of space and nice staff. Evening entertainment great.

Cons:

Food could be better, as some meals were not great. Could introduce more different world food nights.
