Lovely location right at the ocean and beach. Our deluxe room was lovely and clean, especially nice if you can get an ocean view one on the ground floor. The service is excellent, everyone was extremely friendly.
Can’t get ice for ice bucket for drinks in your room for staying guests at hotel. Can only get ice if you buy a bottle of wine at the bar. Had to drive to get own ice. Stayed at a lot of hotels and never had this issue.

We had a sea view facing room, was very spacious, comfortable bed, clean linen. Overall great stay and highly recommend. Early check in was requested and they accommodated us as best they could. Friendly staff.

Shower water took awhile to get hot. Bed was hard. No air conditioning. Was expecting a full info package on breakfast times, WiFi, room service if any. I was told it will be provided after booking appears on system but no efforts were made to deliver the information

Formal Complaint – Failure to Honour Confirmed Booking (12 February Stay)
Dear Management,
I am submitting a formal complaint regarding our stay on 12 February.
I made a confirmed reservation via Booking.com for two ground floor units next to each other. This was not a preference but a necessity, as my brother recently underwent shoulder surgery and is physically unable to carry luggage up stairs.
At 13:46 on the day of arrival, I contacted your establishment to inform you that we would be arriving late due to a 3-hour border delay. During that call, I reconfirmed our booking details and was assured that everything was in order. I was also informed that the restaurant would accommodate us at 20:30 and that our keys would be left with the security guard as reception would be closed.
Upon arrival after 13 hours of travel, the following occurred:
We were instructed to park outside, despite our booking confirming secure inside parking.
The security guard handed us keys to rooms located on the first floor, accessible only via two narrow flights of stairs.
I immediately informed him that I had specifically booked ground floor units due to medical reasons. He simply shrugged and offered no assistance or alternative.
I was forced to carry all luggage upstairs under these circumstances.
The following morning, when I raised the matter with reception, I was informed that one of the ground floor units had been damaged by previous guests. While I understand that unforeseen maintenance issues can arise, it is unacceptable that:
We were not informed of this change when the issue was discovered.
We were not informed during my confirmation call earlier that day.
No alternative solution was offered upon arrival.
The matter was handled dismissively the following morning, with an aggressive tone and an implication that I should have “complained” the previous evening — when only a security guard was present and reception was closed.
