unfortunately, i will not recommend or stay at o on kloof again.
Pros:

bathrooms were very modern

Cons:

The beds are not clean, I have bites over my stomach from bedbugs this is a serious problem for that reason I will not be recommend or use the hotel again. I was in room 7 for reference.
The parking is also a big problem one needs to park on the pavement outside the hotel in not covenant at all

Exceptional
Pros:

Friendly staff. Noli's service was top notch. The staff really made our stay exceptional. Staff helped to carry luggage because there's no ramp/lift

Pros:

Princess was amazing - she made me a lovely fresh fruit smoothie both mornings. Nice views - it was cloudy and there wasn't really ever any hot tub as described in the blurb nor was there a good 2nd bed in the original bedroom booked so I had to book and pay afor another room - expensive.

Beautiful and Unique Boutique Hotel in the heart of Seapoint with friendly staff
Pros:

The property was within walking distance to all the Seapoint Amenities. The room was impeccable and very comfortable. It’s a cute boutique hotel with the most amazing, accommodating and warm staff. Quiet and cosy. Breakfast that was served was fresh and they managed to cater to our dietary requirements which we are very appreciative of, thank you :) Would definitely book O on Kloof again!
