Pros:

The hotel was definitely worth the money. It offered good value for the price, with comfortable accommodations and a pleasant overall experience.

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast options were quite limited, but whatever was available on the menu was good and tasted fresh.

Pros:

أعجبني في الفندق بداية تعامل الموظفين ( محمود واسامه ) الذين كانوا في غاية الرُقي في التعامل وتقديم الخدمات والموظفة الموجوده معهم في الاستقبال ، كما أعجبني هدوء الفندق بشكل عام ، كان حجزي عبارة عن غرفتين متصلتين ، الوصول للفندق سهل ، موقع الفندق يعتبر مميز قريب من مول الامارات وكل شي متوفر بجانبه كما أن الوصول إلى جزيرة النخلة والمناطق المحيطة بها سهل جداً وقريب ، يوجد في الفندق مطعم سوشي لمحبي السوشي وهو من أفضل مطاعم السوشي في إمارة دبي بالنسبة لي

Cons:

مساحة الغرف أقل من المتوسط لم يعجبني أن الصوت بين الغرفتين مسموع بسبب سوء عزل الأبواب ، كما أن الفطور أقل من المتوسط ولا يفي بالتوقعات بصراحة مقابل المبلغ المدفوع له ومقارنة بفنادق أقل منه مستوى ( يوجد فنادق أخرى أقل من هذا الفندق مستوى وأرخص في السعر ولديها قائمة إفطار جداً ممتازة ) ولذلك أتمنى من القائمين على الفندق الإلتفاف إلى هذه الملاحظة كوني من الأشخاص الراغبين في العودة للسكن فيه مجدداً ، المسبح عادي جدا المرافق متواضعه ، لا ينفع للأطفال لا يوجد أماكن ترفيهيه للأطفال
