Easy access from the highway. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water for showers / baths. Very quiet with the exception of the hotel room doors when they close.
Breakfast and servers of the breakfast were excellent, specifically servers of the breakfast, for the weekdays Tariq and weekend server. I thank them a lot for making our stay the most enjoyable. I must also mention front desk supervisor, she was also excellent. Their professional, experience and kindness were superb... The hotel manager is very lucky to have them !!!
checkin experience and the follow ups of this experience were not pleasant, specifically the way that the conflict between my reservation with booking.com and the hotel's record were not matched and not handled adequately by both the Hotel and Booking.com. Just because my booking was through a third party, namely booking.com, I felt like such a third party booking/business is not honored as well as the ones made directly with the hotel. Here I must also mention that booking.com did not help at all on this matter, did not honor the reservation. Hence it is not all about the Hotel as booking.com should also could have helped with the matter as it was their reservation in the first place.

Cleanliness, glass bathroom door, clear glass shower doors with spotlights, weird dirty hard not wood, wood looking floor which needed to be mopped and glued down better
Didn't have the buffet because they only have it when they reach a certain occupancy. Would have liked to have known that ahead of time. We were able to order off the menu, and the food was very good.
Another server for food. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. Were slow to refill coffee/water station.
It rained all the days I stayed here. The housekeeping team kept the floors dry and clean. Upon entering my room I was greeted with my name on the tv screen. Beautiful welcome touch to my weekend. Thanks for having me.

The shower
Heating unit was not working well. The view from the hotel room was terrible- we were in room 213 and our view was pipes and hotel building structures. Received breakfast vouchers that we can’t even use.

Not clean. Mold on shower and splattered stuff on walls and door and bath fan not working
The surrounding shops and restaurants. I appreciated the free breakfasts tickets we received as we celebrated our wedding night.
The room was not very clean when we arrived. My wife smelled gas inside our hotel room. We made this known to the front desk staff and at some point while we were away, someone can in to change the filter in our room. The smell went away but whoever changed the filter did not close the vent screen so while laying in bed we had to accept looking at the hole in the wall that lead to the furnace unit. We called the front desk and all they could off us at 9pm was to move to another room. All we needed was someone to come up and use the key to lock the vent. Instead we decided to put a chair against the vent to keep it closed and stay our last night in the room, to avoid packing our things and moving to another room.
