Old-style luxury
Pros:

- Absolutely incredible service, that's hard to find in hotels these days. Everyone in the lobby made me feel very important and valued.
- Classical music and chandeliers in the lobby were a nice touch
- Lovely view out of my room, which was a good size

Cons:

- There were no washing machines or dryers available for guest use, just an expensive laundry service
- I think the breakfast was a little expensive for what was available
- The steak rice box was a bit too much rice and not enough steak (thinner slices than shown in the picture)

泊まって良かった。
Pros:

夜遊びしたいなら快適で静かに寝れるから宇都宮に来たらコチラのホテル1択ですね。駐在所は地下で下手な人だとてまどるかな?エスティマで行きましたが普通に運転出来るなら気にならないです。

Pros:

以前にも滞在したことがありとても素晴らしかったのでまた利用させて頂きました。
従業員の方達もとても親切で素晴らしいですしお部屋も綺麗で朝食もとても美味しかったです。
また宇都宮に行くことがあればまた利用させて頂きたいと思います。
