最高！また利用します！
Pros:

建物もとても新らしく清潔感があり細やかな気配りがされていました。Wi-Fiはもちろん、ジェンガやトランプもあり子供と楽しく遊べました。寝心地も過ごしやすさも抜群でした！徒歩圏内に飲食店、カラオケ、ドラッグストア、スーパーマーケット、コンビニもあり何不自由なく過ごすことができました。駅も徒歩圏内でした！
帰りには駅で、新幹線をしばらく見学して餃子の土産と食を満喫して帰路へつきました。駅近くのナポレオンケーキ美味しかったです。
当方、ハイエースGLで伺いましたが先方が少し出ますがギリギリ駐車することができました！
何よりもホストの人柄の良さ。とても丁寧に対応していただけました。
宇都宮に泊まるなら、毎回ここに決めよう！と家族と決めました！

明るくお客様に寄り添った対応に感謝しています。
Pros:

フロント、レストラン、どこに置いても、スタッフの対応はお客に対して全員が優しく対応するよう浸透していました。

Cons:

思いあたりません。強いていうなら、地下駐車場へとつながる通路の出入り口（車道）がせまく擦らないよう気を使う。
