Staff were very nice and obliging. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

.The pillow is so bad and I requested an extra pillow from the front desk that time was a girl.she said the extra pillow has to pay cash on the sport rm5 for each pillow.she don't allow to deduct from deposit.i have to go down and pay to her. we are paying for 3star hotel for only 1 night but we paying rm188.96 our room without breakfast no minibar and without window at all. the TV remote is already broken.i can't on the tv. I need to call the front desk again and wait for the technician to fix the tv in our room.shower host is leaking and the water pressure is very slow.

The room has poor soundproofing; I could even hear snoring from the adjacent room. Traffic noise during weekdays, however, was generally bearable.
