Pros:

Mini appartamentino con tutto l'occorrente. Staff cordiale e premuroso. Letto comodo e bagno pulito.
Prezzo onestissimo. Molto apprezzato il presente al check out.

Cons:

Se posso, unica critica.. Temperatura della stanza troppo elevata.

Celkově hodnotíme jako velmi dobrý!
Pros:

Velmi dobrá lokalita, klidné prostředí, vše dostupné do vycházkové vzdálenosti (vlek, veřejný bazén, obchody, restaurace, supermarket).
Vlídný personál.

Cons:

Pokoj čistý, ale poměrně malý, nedostatek úložných prostorů.

Clearer communication about parking would save guests a lot of stress.
Pros:

The stay was ok, the apartment was very clean, the location right next to the ski lift is excellent, and overall it offers very good value for the price.

Cons:

The room was super small and felt a bit cramped, which made it less comfortable to spend time inside.. The parking situation was very poorly explained. I booked a garage in advance, yet when I arrived there were no instructions and the entrance was extremely narrow with a closed gate, which almost caused damage to the car. Later I discovered there is a free guest parking area behind the hotel, but this was never mentioned during check-in.

Great spot and highly recommend. One member of staff was very rude but it did not affect our overall stay or recommendat
Pros:

Great location! Our studio apartment was simple but had all the necessary utensils and was very clean and cosy.

Cons:

The receptionist we had for our stay was very unfriendly. He was very curt and rude with us which made us feel unwelcome - luckily we were out most of the day skiing and it didn’t ruin our time. The facilities are great and it’s a perfect location.
