Pros:

Hyfsat nybyggt och väl underhållet. Stranden direkt på andra sidan vägen. Ingen lyx men mycket prisvärt.

Cons:

Egentligen ingenting. Det var bättre än jag trodde med tanke på priset.

Great location, comfy big room
Pros:

Nice big room, comfy bed & pillows. Cleaned daily to high standard. Great location, beach just across the road and plenty of restaurants along the street. Friendly and helpful staff, they also booked our onward transfer and boat. WiFi, TV, Netflix worked well.

Cons:

We had a pool access room along the narrow side as seen in their photos. It was sunny with no shade, too hot to sit there, and it felt quite squashed in. Would have preferred the rooms opposite with more outside space & shade, pool access. It was nice to have a dip morning and evening and we spent most of our time at the beach anyway so not a major issue for us.

E’ un piccolo hotel a conduzione familiare, grande disponibilta’ da parte dello staff, nella tranquillita’ e nel verde, appena di fronte si attraversa la strada e si e’ in spiaggia, klong nin , direi la migliore dell’isola.

Definately over priced for what it is.
Pros:

Location great for getting around Ko Lanta. Everything within walking distance. Loads of lovely authentic Thai eateries close by. Beach bars all good and sunset amazing.

Cons:

Dated, tired and old. The pool is vey small and it’s difficult to walk around once there are a couple of people sitting out. Not too clean either. There are no lifts to the upper floors. This needs bearing in mind if you have mobility issues. Electricity went off for hours, no one communicated why, how long it would be off, offered torches or anything. No shower, no lights, no air conditioning, it was really hot and humid. We were just in the process of booking alternative accommodation when it came back on. Took hours to cool the room back down.

Tolles Zimmer, sehr sauber und sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Leider ging die Klimaanlage einen Tag vor Abreise kaputt und es wurde nichts unternommen

Goede accommodatie op rustige plek
Pros:

Mooie lokatie vlakbij het strand. Schone kamers met goed bed. Lekker balkon en fijn zwembad. Ontbijtkeuze zeker genoeg.Moesten helaas dag eerder weg.

Cons:

Stank 1e dag door lekkage wc.

Schöne Anlage in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage am Klong Nin Strand (über eine Straße gehen und schon ist man dort).
Sehr ruhige schöne Anlage mit nettem Pool zum planschen (nicht zum Toben/Spielen geeignet).
Das Bett war das bequemste auf unserer Reise, die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut und war so positioniert, dass man nachts nicht so unangenehm angepustet wird. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank und Föhn und ein Restaurant mit solidem und günstigem Essen. Einkaufsläden und Restaurants in Laufnähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem.

Cons:

Es kamen manchmal Mücken ins Zimmer, aber damit muss man einfach rechnen, dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts.
