Terrible customer service. Over booked hotel, friends were put into a smoking room when they booked a non-smoking room. Staff said they couldn’t do anything about it.
Breakfast was fantastic! Ready and ma were very nice and well appointed.

Kids jumping and banging loudly above and they said nobody was above . Did not go and check it out to see if it was the other room . It was past 10 pm. Very noisey with thin walls . Washroom fan broken , so steams up quickly . Pillows are old and lumpy .

The staff where very nice and the rooms where nice and clean
The hotel was clean and modern.
The pool was closed and the bed was a bit hard.
The accessible bathroom with the walk-in shower was very good. The bar is right in the right spot and it was easy for me to use.
Also, I found the bed very comfortable.
It was pet friendly and their front desk staff Deanna was amazing.
Room service number didn’t work.
