Nous y sommes allé pour une nuit.
La réceptionniste est gentille. Elle nous a laissé arriver un peu avant l heure prévue

Accueil très sympathique. Chambre et salle de bain très grandes.

Sejour agréable, avec une "patronne" très aimable, attentive et disponible. C'est plaisant de sortir des "grandes chaines" que j'ai trop connu durant mon activité professionnelle. Le calme et la gentillesse, avec un très bon service, pas de souci. J'y retournerai

The lady on reception was lovely and very helpful in changing my room from one with a bath to one with a shower. Unfortunately the hotel itself looks very tired from the outside and is the same inside and there was a strong and unpleasant odour throughout the hotel.. Although the property and sheets were very clean I just couldn't bring myself to stay the night andl despite having paid for the room in advance I checked out and went to a Campanile 20 miles up the road. Such a shame as the receptionist was lovely, maybe I just caught it on a bad day.

Hôtel bien situé, en centre ville. Dommage qu'il y ait des travaux dans la rue, le stationnement était un peu difficile. Heureusement que nous sommes arrivés un samedi

Chambre très grande, confortables et bien aménagées. Seul petit bémol, parquet grincant et petite tv.

L’hôtel est situé dans un endroit très calme de Chalons en Champagne ; l’immeuble de l’hôtel ainsi que le mobilier sont un peu démodés ; la chambre est très spacieuse l’accueil est sympathique et le rapport qualité prix excellent tant pour la chambre que le petit-déjeuner ; il n’est pas trop difficile de trouver une place de stationnement dans la rue

hotel ancien mais bien entretenu situé dans une rue très calme. Confort correct.
Accueil très agréable. la proximité du centre ville est un plus (10' à pied)
Seul petit point négatif, sur le site Hotel.com est indiqué que l'hotel possède un parking mais seul les places dans les rues sont a disposition. Une petite correction s'impose.

très bon rapport qualité-prix dans le centre de Chalons. La déco date certes un peu mais la literie est récente et de qualité, établissement très propre et le personnel est très accueillant.

L'hôtel mérite plus de popularité. Nous y avons séjourné deux nuits, l'accueil est très sympathique, disponible et à l'écoute. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. L'aspect global de l'hôtel fait plus penser à un grand foyer qu'à un immeuble standardisé, on s'y s'en bien, c'est très rafraîchissant ! L'emplacement est calme et bien situé. Parfait !!

Too far out of the town centre for walkers. Hotel is very run down indide and needs a large injection of TLC

This was an unplanned stop as accommodating fell through elsewhere. Great location, easy parking across the road, easy walk to town, clean, near new bathroom, small room but big enough for our family just. Very friendly and helpful manager and breakfast was fine.
Nice garden courtyard.

Budget hotel in a central location. Good for a one night stop-over. A bit faded and in need of decoration and updating but clean and comfortable. Very nice reception.

upon arrival at this hotel we were told several times that we had to pay. we explained that we pre-paid. we came across an unfriendly receptionist who initially refused to give us the room key. Then she tried to force us to take breakfast. The room was very small with a small double bed and a single bed. Hardly no room around the beds. Not as in the pictures! the bathroom is build into the bedroom. the toilet was a sanifo toilet and made so much noise that we could not use it at night. the shower was broken. The walls thin and we could follow the neighbours conversations. the stairs not sturdy. Overall not a hotel in good condition.
