Our stay at Shangri-La The Fort was outstanding. While the brand is often synonymous with business, the staff’s ability to cater to a family with young children was world-class. From the seamless logistics to the personal connections, they truly exceeded our expectations.

​DreamPlay Trip: They arranged a driver to take us to City of Dreams, making the outing stress-free.
​Airport Transfers: Punctual, professional, and smooth.
​In-Room Surprise: They set up a tent in our room, which was a massive hit with the kids!

​Several individuals made our stay deeply personal and deserve a huge boost:
​Housekeeping: Jeff was fantastic. Our room was always pristine, which isn't easy with two little ones!
​Dining at Samba: Samantha provided impeccable service and made our meal there a highlight.
​Breakfast at High Street Cafe: This team is the heart of the hotel.
​RJ was so sweet with our kids, ensuring our daughter (3.5 years) and son (10 months) were well-stocked with berries every morning.
​Sofia entertained Mya with coloring and was kind enough to take photos with us.
​Bing was a delight to talk to; she shared wonderful insights into Filipino culture that made us feel truly connected to the destination.

Amazing hotel. The gym and tennis court are the best I’ve been to.

Service is excellent with everyone from housekeeping staff to pool attendees being very warm and attentive.

Breakfast spread has all that I need. Juice bar, wide variety or pastries and all the warm food with great qualities. I’ll miss the muesli for sure.

I stayed at this amazing hotel! From the moment I arrived to my every interaction with staff was first class.

My room attendant Jeff made everyday even better, he was very helpful, kept my room spotless and on the mornings I ran out late leaving a mess he handled it very well.

The location is perfect for shopping and moving around and ambience ( atmosphere) top tier, amenities amazing and noise. I am on the 20th floor

Had a good experience from the front desk, Maricris to housekeeping, Mary. Everyone so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet is a okay. We will surely going back.

We stayed at Shangri-La The Fort as a group of 7 and booked three rooms, a King Deluxe connecting to a Twin, plus another King room. The connecting setup was perfect for us. We were welcomed with complimentary chips and wine in all three rooms, which was such a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing, so much variety and everything we tried was delicious.

The kids loved the pools. It honestly felt like a little retreat in the middle of the city.

We also ate at Canton Road and really enjoyed it. And we stopped by The Bake House for treats; highly recommend! There’s so much within walking distance: shops, bars, and restaurants everywhere. One of our favorite moments was when the kids had in-room dinner and the staff set up a proper table for them, they felt so fancy!

Would definitely stay again. Perfect for families.

Service was great! Allen and others I didn't catch the names were friendly and helpful. The level of hospitality and professionalism here is truly beyond expectations. Thank you for bringing out the Filipino hospitality! You all make us proud!

Pros
- Great easy check in experience. Best I've had
- The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo.
- Bathroom has a bath
- The gym is the best I've seen in the Philippines (see pictures)
- Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures)

Cons
- minibar is woeful (see pictures)... one snickers bar, one bag of M&M's when I paid for a room for three people.
- TV's are too small in both bedroom and living room.
- There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each night..
- The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either.
- The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable.

We booked the best room available and the noise late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as ALL of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Ruined my girlfriends birthday

Room service is amazing!! Atmosphere is very friendly, workers are very friendly. Erish is an amazing room attendant. The Location is in a nice spot, plenty of stores around.

I had an excellent experience during my stay. Mr. Allen Sideño was very nice, professional, and extremely accommodating.

Location was very accessible to mall & restaurants. Front desk staff, especially Bea was very nice & pleasing and Allen kept our room neat, he was also very polite. We are satisfied during our stay.

Greatest experience of a hotel so far in Manila from service to accommodations. Restaurants are great especially the breakfast and staff. Zen and Kim at the front desk were a dream to work with.

The only issue I had was the challenging distance from the room to the parking complex which is a ling walk from the lobby.

I stayed there for a couple of nights for a business trip. The room was big with a nice view on the city. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and offers a very wide range of food and drinks. I would like to give special thanks to Erish, my room attendant, who was always very nice when I saw him and who did an excellent job. Every time I was coming back, my room was spotless. Thank you for your services!

Jay R and Patrick are awesome, they are very attentive and nice workers. They always ask if I need anything and always make sure my room looks great. I recommend this hotel and think that those two workers are great.
