We enjoyed our time in Naples and the hotel was a good base
Pros:

Good location for exploring Naples. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast which was included very good.

Cons:

Receptionist who checked us in was happy to take payment for our return transfer to the airport but failed to arrange it for the correct time.
Staff member (Monica) who checked us out really took ownership of the issue and did all she could to resolve the situation.

Lovely spa bath but staff not helpful
Pros:

The spa bath in my room was amazing and just what I needed to relax at the end of a busy day in Naples

Cons:

The location wasn’t great as a single female travelling alone later in the day. It’s worth being aware that the staff don’t speak English so worth being prepared to use google translate.
The room and bathroom weren’t particularly clean, and the aircon vent was stuck to the open window which meant I had to sleep with the window open which didn’t feel secure.

Cercano y cómodo, pero sin apenas poder desayunar.
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación. Está muy cerca para coger los ferrys si quieres viajar a visitar Ischia o Capri. También tiene una parada de metro bastante cercana que es la línea principal para ver todo lo imprescindible de Nápoles. Como nuestras excursiones nos recogían temprano no podíamos desayunar en el hotel, así que aunque no tienen la opción de llevarte el desayuno en picnic, nos ofrecieron podernos llevar fruta, un detalle que agradecí mucho.

Cons:

El jacuzzi sólo funcionaba la parte de las burbujas inferiores, las laterales no funcionaban. Hay mosquitos y estuvimos 2 días con el aparato anti mosquitos acabado sin reponer. Pusieron uno nuevo el último día de nuestra estancia. Sobre el jacuzzi hay un respiradero creo de ventilación. Nos cayó algo de polvo de él en el agua del jacuzzi que visiblemente no se ve, pero al vaciarlo quedó una marca de agua en la bañera (una línea sucia), y ahí nos percatamos de que estaba sucio. Una noche estuvimos sin poder dormir, porque hubo un incidente en la habitación de enfrente y vino la policía, sabemos que no es culpa del alojamiento, escribí un mensaje al hotel a través de booking explicando lo que ocurría. Pasamos miedo por los golpes y gritos que daba el Sr de la otra habitación, pasamos tensión y miedo de si nos entraban en la habitación y apenas conciliamos el sueño. No obtuvimos ninguna explicación ni disculpas por parte del alojamiento, ni respuesta a mi mensaje. El comedor abre a las 7:30 para desayunar, pero para viajar a muchas de las excursiones programadas, has de salir antes de las 7 y no hay la opción del desayuno-picnic. El comedor de desayuno es pequeño y tienen poca variedad (cereales azucarados, repostería, fruta y algo muy reducido de embutido local). Con anterioridad de mi viaje les escribí diciendo que tengo problemas con las harinas, que no puedo comer ningún tipo de harina (no soy celíaca, pero no puedo comer nada de harina, ni trigo, ni garbanzo, ni arroz , ni almendra....) Me respondieron que no me preocupase que tendrían algo para mí. El único día que pude desayunar en el hotel que era el día de nuestra salida, me encontré que todo eran harinas, y me ofrecían productos sin gluten (que continúan siendo harina). Del comedor sólo pude comer un huevo cocido, una loncha queso y otra de jamón. ¿No pudieron comprar algunos yogures, por ejemplo? Lo que más tienen es bollería ¿Qué pasa si les llega una persona diabética?

Hotel is on walkable area to a lot of sightseeing in Napoli , hotel is outdated and that was expected base on the price , which I did not like was very disturbing nocking zi think on tge main door with a lot of screaming which made many od guest scared , because I was able to hear other people complane.. I'm not sure what exactly was happening but I try to sent a message same night to the hotel telling the issue and I did not get respond .
