La posizione centrale dell’albergo, la gentilezza dello staff.

Cons:

La stanza non era molto pulita, la doccia presentava segni di muffa e incrostazioni dentro e fuori, in generale diversi dettagli potrebbero essere più curati (serratura porta del bagno rotta, led mezzo staccato nell’armadio, intonaco scrostato sul soffitto).La colazione da dimenticare, fatta eccezione per le sfogliatelle fresche.

החדר גדול מאוד, בחדר היה ג'קוזי שלמלא אותו במים לא ניתן, יש רק מים חמים אי אפשא להיכנס אליו, בחדר היתה סאונה שלהפעיל אותה היה צורך לשלם 40 אירו לשעה (לא מופיע בפרטי ההזמנה). ארוחת בוקר ברמה נמוכה. המיטה שבורה ולא נוחה

Totale assenza di bagnoschiuma shampoo la vasca idromassaggio dalle foto sembra più grande e essendo una vasca vecchiotta manuale ma digitalizzata si spegneva continuamente per riempirla ci è voluto un ora il materasso era molto usurato e nonostante pagando online e il pagamento mi diceva tasse incluse ho dovuto pagare 11€ per la tassa di soggiorno senza ricevere ricevuta la zona dove si trova l’hotel è molto frequentata da senza tetto ubriaconi tossici e prostitute quando ieri sera siamo usciti per andare a mangiare una pizza io e mia moglie c’era fuori in strada un ragazzo a torso nudo senza scarpe che vagava senza meta continuando a toccarsi le parti intime abbiamo dovuto fare il giro più lungo per arrivare sulla strada principale la struttura non ha l’ascensore bisogna fare due piani a piedi solo la colazione si può salvare anche se quando abbiamo chiesto un secondo caffè la macchina si è bloccata e ho dovuto prenderlo al bar pagando nonostante la colazione fosse inclusa mi spiace ma se devo dire che ritornerò dico di no.

Piu dolori che gioie
Pros:

La posizione comoda per spostarsi7 seppur non nel centro storico e nemmeno zona mare caracciolo.
La colazione, cornetti e gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

Non amo fare critiche negative, mi piace guardare il positivo delle cose e delle proposte, ma la queen suite sembrava una camera abbandonata ormai a se stessa.
Letto rotto, si sentivano nella schiena le molle del materasso.
Sauna e bagno turco non siamo riusciti ad attivarli e non abbiamo trovato nulla che spiegasse l'utilizzo.
La Jacuzzi credo guasta, dato che non regolava l'avqua ed era bollente.
Piccole finestre nere, da cui far entrare la luce era ardua cosa anche aprendole.
Invito la direzione a fare sicuramente di meglio, almeno riguardo quella particolare suite.
Sono certo che le altre funzionino meglio.
