La camera molto bella, la receptionist che ci ha fatto il check in (una ragazza bionda) era molto sgarbata e sicuramente non conosce nè l’educazione nè l’italiano. Ci ha trattato malissimo, come se ci stesse facendo un favore a fare il suo lavoro. Siamo rimasti a bocca aperta ma non ho ingaggiato in una discussione perché avrei perso tempo. Ho dimenticato il cellulare alla reception e, dal piano di sotto la receptionist mi urla “Bella, BELLAaAAA t’sì scurdat o telefn”. Signorina la prossima volta o sale in camera o mi telefona dalla receptionist. Cortesemente date più spazio alla signora invece che era alla colazione gentilissima, mi ha rincuorato che avessero almeno una delle due persone dello staff che sia gentile. Una chiacchierata piacevole. Una donna eccezionale, ospitale e cortese. Un gioiello di signora, davvero. Lei dovrebbe occuparsi della reception in quando ci sa fare con il pubblico. La saluto molto calorosamente <3

Nice Italian feeling however could do with a little tlc

Nice Italian feel. Jacuzzi did actually work.

Cons:

It wasn’t a great night sleep- the door/window did not shut properly so noises were heard all night. We did not use the spa as it isn’t very clear where it is or how to book it. No bin in the room and no where to hand towels in bathroom besides the towel rack in the corner.

Nagyon klassz helyen van a szállás és elég modern design belül! Tetszett összességében!

Cons:

Sajnos a takarítás hagy némi kívánnivalót...és a jakuzziba se lehetett tölteni meleg vizet a szállás átvétele után, így csak este 8ra javították meg és akkor tudtuk használni a jakuzzit! Habár emiatt kaptunk a szobába pezsgőt és snacket ami kárpótlás volt!

La camera 104: sul balcone aveva l'unità esterna del condizionatore che era una centrale nucleare: rumorosa e fastidiosa; il letto era da 1 piazza e mezzo, piccolo per 2 persone; il wc per portatori di handicap troppo alto e quindi scomodo per persone "normodotate".

Soggiorno davvero eccellente! L’albergo è situato in una posizione ottima, comodissima per muoversi e visitare i principali punti di interesse. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Eleonora, sempre gentile, disponibile e attenta: i suoi consigli sono stati preziosissimi e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Accoglienza calorosa e grande professionalità. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!
