Disappointing Experience at the “Coral” Casita

Unfortunately, the “Coral” casita was not the right choice for a restful getaway. While the villa itself was clean and well-maintained, the noise from the nearby busy street was unbearable. The constant sound of ATVs and four-wheelers racing by throughout the night made it impossible to get any sleep. I ended up checking out after just one night because the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t offer me a quieter room.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this villa is not it. The location near the street makes it more suitable for those who don’t mind the noise or are out exploring during the evening hours. Unfortunately, it just didn’t provide the relaxation I was hoping for.

Everything was pegect on’y the beds frame was so noisy it s a little outdated foe this rhey really need to impove that but staff was nive location beautiful beach c’ub the best and over all love ir

Stayed in low season when most of the hotel facilities were still closed, so sadly haven't had a chance to fully experience the property. Room was very spacious though and clean.

Propre, les couchers de soleils sont wow! Nous avons adoré y séjourner l’ambiance est très pura vida, nous avons envie d’y retourner!

La estadía en este hotel estuvo de lujo, hace mucho no recibía una atención tan buena y personalizada, definitivamente lo recomiendo y espero volver pronto. La ubicación es muy buena. Muchas gracias por atendernos tan bien.

Cabañas inmersas en un bellísimo jardín proporcionan una excelente experiencia, sin embargo podria ser mejor con un mejor mantenimiento.
Estuvimos hospedados en la cabaña Reef, la cual tiene algunos problemas.
(Presenta una gotera en el techo de la terraza,
La estufa tiene problemas y las puertas de los gabinetes de la cocina tienen problemas para cerrar.
A lo interno de la cabaña hace falta mejor mantenimiento al baño, la caja de seguridad es inmanejable y hace falta para que la experiencia sea mejor una secadora de cabello que en este nivel de hospedaje es normal.
Tambien tuvimos problema de falta de agua en dos ocaciones.
No obstante los inconvenientes enumerados, la experiencia fue buena, compensada por la belleza del entorno que rodea las habitaciones, que realmente es paradisíaco.

En el restaurante, la relación precio calidad no es satisfactoria.

Luz the manager was helpful and efficient. Location is great, set back from the beach with a private pool and busy restaurant/ bar in front. Lovely surf beach.

Banana Beach Hotel was amazing! The bungalows are clean and comfortable . The hotel is busy and very lively!!! If you are looking for quiet this is not the place for you!!! I took my 19 year old daughter for 5 days and we had the absolute best time!!! I can’t wait to take the rest of my family back! One important note- Santa Teresa is NOT easy to get to from San Jose or Liberia. We drove ourselves from Liberia and it was a 4 hour adventure .

Good location and great pool for kids. Noisy due to proximity with main street and parking. Some maintenance needed in pool and water treatment.

This place was remarkable! Best vacation I’ve ever had! I felt so safe, everything was clean, and we never wanted to leave the resort as it had so many amenities. The pool was great, the bungalows are great, and the staff were very friendly! Definitely going back!

Un sitio muy cómodo para vacacionar. El aseo muy bien y la atención de excelencia. El restaurante de muy buena calidad y súper rápido en traer las ordenes.

This is a great location for walking to several different restaurants. The restaurant in front of hotel has lounge chairs which are a great option for lounging during the day. Service is hit or miss. Our drinks weren’t great but the fries and fried bread were. Loud music into the evening and a young fun party atmosphere. The seating area outside the room always had dust from the termites and ants. And the outside area needed a fan as there was no air movement. Soap and shampoo were supplied which was nice. Parking was spacious. Aircon worked and room stayed cool when out. Spotty internet.
