Официант на завтраке высший класс.

Cons:

Номер 501. Раковина в ванной разбитая, склеена кое-как. На стене напротив унитаза коричневые брызги, даже не хочу думать что это такое. Тапочки есть, халата нет. В номере слышно как орут дети из номера гдето на этаже.

Das gut geschnittene Zimmer mit einer Arbeitsecke und einer Ecke zum Relaxen.. Tägliche Reinigung, tägliche Hygieneartikel, inklusive Zahnbürste.,
Das Hotel bietet ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung findet man zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants.
Die Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Останавливались на 2 ночи.
Отель без слабых мест - просторные номера, удобные кровати, идеальная чистота, отличный вид из окна, все мелочи для комфортного проживания (даже общие зоны с гладильными принадлежностями), бесплатная удобная парковка и отличный завтрак.
Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый, внимательный к деталям. Оставили приятное поздравление с угощением для жены в день ее рождения.

Labiausiai patiko tai, kad sienos ne popierinės ir nesigirdėjo kaimynų! Kazachstane tai didelis pliusas viešbučiui. Įdomus viešbučio interjeras. Pusryčiai ne super klasės, bet tikrai neblogi. Kambarys puikiai tvarkomas ir jame rasite visko ko reikia. Išvykstant viešbučio darbuotojai pasirūpino pusryčiais išsinešimui, kas buvo labai malonu.

Ребята из персонала очень хорошие, отзывчивые, добрые, стараются и хотят помочь гостям отеля.
Pros:

Местоположение отеля, удобное место для высадки и посадки, все что нужно находиться поблизости. Пешком можно добраться до достопримечательностей города, прогуляться до городского парка. Номера чистые, уборка каждый день. Персонал отзывчивый, доброжелательный, стараются всегда помочь. В номерах есть все гигиенические принадлежности, приборы для чая, кофе, каждый день приносили воду.

Cons:

Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего, меню очень скудное, из-за этого портиться весь позитивный настрой. По утрам в обеденном зале показывают документальные фильмы про насекомых, змей, животных. От этих показов аппетит точно не повышается. Хотя если чуть потрудиться, можно было создать приятную утреннюю атмосферу. Немного испортилось настроение при заезде ночью, несмотря на переписку и телефонный разговор с отелем, пришлось доплачивать за полночи в одном номере (он был указан как номер люкс ), так как не было свободного номера. Утром предложили переехать в другой номер, который отличался от люкса только расстоянием от кровати до комода. В туалетах отсутствуют гигиенические краны. В остальном в отеле все было хорошо.
