Pros:

Останавливаемся в Гранд Вояже уже не в первый раз во время командировок.
Отель нравится: чистые номера, вежливый персонал, хорошие завтраки, очень удачное расположение.

Cons:

Прибывали в Алматы ближе к 13ч. Так как деловая встреча была запланирована на 14ч, то при бронировании (3 номера) запросили ранний заезд.
Сначала нам ответили 'в зависимости от возможности номеров'. Затем сообщили, что за ранний заезд нужно будет заплатить стоимость полусуток проживания.
Мы пояснили, что нам нужно всего один номер на полчаса для того, чтобы можно было переодеться с дороги в деловую одежду. Получили ответ, что в гостинице есть комната для хранения багажа и мы можем там переодеться.
Спасибо, конечно, за такое предложение, но мы были несколько ошарашены им.
В конечном итоге на месте решили вопрос, но это первый раз в нашей практике, когда нам предложили камеру хранения багажа как место для переодевания.

Хороший отель в Алматы
Pros:

Хороший отель в удобном месте в Алматы. Очень отзывчивый персонал, помогающий по всем вопросам. Уютные номера и в них есть чайная станция. Вокруг много магазинов, кафе и достопримечательностей

Cons:

Завтраки, к сожалению, не очень. Овсяная каша сварена как попало. Выбор блюд небогат. Завтраки нужно существенно улучшить.
