I was in Lecce for an event, the location of the hotel was perfect for getting to my events. The hotel is very nice, the rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly.
This complaint is really of Europe in general. Being from the US we are used to air conditioning that is very cold. You just do not find that in Europe, this was especially true at the hotel, it would not get any cooler than 71f (22c).
The hotel was located off a busy area, which was nice. I liked the breakfast staff and her daily welcoming with homemade lovely morning treats. I appreciated there was an elevator. About 10mins walk from main train station.
I did not think the hotel was anything special and did not think it was at all worth the price. It was over expensive and does not have very nice rooms, nor a nice lobby. There is only shampoo offered as the toiletry with a shower cap and soap bar. A bit disappointing over all. Nothing else was included. There was water damage on the ceiling, the vents were filthy and there was a very bad ant problem in my room. I wouldn’t recommended a stay here, nor did I think the price was worth the stay. Could have been much better cleaned before my arrival. I didn’t want to use the towel rack as it can be seen to be dirty.

un 4 stelle non può avere le luci del bagno che sfarfallano, la porta del bagno a vetri con una tenda per dare privacy e la finestra che affaccia sul terrazzo/“roof top” dell’albergo. la sala colazioni senza aria condizionata. forse si può fare di più
Vicinanza al centro storico
Colazione pessima, ripropongo le brioche del giorno precedente (e non oso immaginare le torte che abbiamo visto tre giorni di fila). Nessuna scelta di prodotti tipici. La frutta è stata l'unica cosa buona che abbiamo trovato. Distributore di bevande calde automatico, the senza possibilità di scelta. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo dovuto lasciare la colazione a tavola, era immangiabile.
La camera non l'abbiamo trovata pulita a dovere nonostante il rifacimento quotidiano della stanza. La doccia presentava una forte presenza di muffa. La porta del bagno è in vetro quindi non garantisce la riservatezza dovuta (c'è una tenda da doccia che hanno aggiunto...).
Alle 5 del mattino filtra una forte luce dalla porta finestra che non permette di poter dormire.
