Boa experiência.
Pros:

A localização do hotel. A equipe da recepção é muito prestativa. Foi possível conhecer o centro histórico a pé.

They are lying about being a 4 star hotel. At best this is a 3 and honestly felt more like a 2 star
Pros:

Nothing to like. This place is an absolute hell hole. You could even die in here if there was a fire - see below for details.

Cons:

1) There is an illegal obstruction of the stairwell exits from the rooms to the ground floor and there is no proper signage leading one to any exit whatsoever. The Lecce authorities ought to shut this place down on this fact alone because this flies in the face of European Union regulations on fire hazards and could potentially cost live

2) There were ants in my bathroom.

3) The bathroom was not cleaned well as was evident by the presence of a few stray human hairs in the sink when I came in.

4) There was one rinky-dinky air conditioner stuffed in a corner next to the closet. It barely functioned and was not enough to cool down the room no matter how long you kept it on for.

5) The single functioning elevator was monopolized by a cleaning staff for a full 10 minutes during peak morning hours. I was trapped on my floor, with all my luggage, and no way to get downstairs.

6) The breakfast was absolute crap. No fresh fruits or vegetables, store bought cheap cardboard like dessert layout, barely any fresh water, no meat dishes, no proper cheese, nothing. Dogs in Lecce likely eat better than do this hotel's guests.

Nice place but the aircon wasn't strong enough to cope with June temperatures
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

I was travelling in June and the temperature in the room when I arrived was over 25 degrees. The man on reception moved me to a different room but even with the aircon on for two hours the temperature was still 25.7 degrees. Ultimately, I made the decision to move hotels and was offered a slight reduction on the price but not a full refund.

Pros:

La ubicación. La limpieza. La amabilidad, corrección y educación de los trabajadores.

Cons:

Desayuno con demasiado dulce (no apto para diabéticos) y "limitado" para otras opciones.

La scelta migliore!
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto molto questo mio soggiorno.
La posizione dell’hotel è splendida, a pochi metri dal Duomo. La camera era molto spaziosa e dotata di un balcone affacciato su una piazzetta.

La colazione è varia e deliziosa, soprattutto i dolci preparati dalla signora Cátia, che merita una menzione speciale in questa mia recensione: una persona adorabile!
Sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra e attenta al rifornimento dei prodotti e al benessere degli ospiti.

Tutti gli hotel dovrebbero avere una signora Cátia nella sala colazioni. Avrebbero sicuramente una giornata molto più felice!

Solo me gustó la ubicación, en zona céntrica.

Cons:

La habitación fue un fiasco, demasiado pequeña, sin lugar para poner las maletas. El AA no enfriaba bien, la ventana con una cortina que no tapaba la luz desde las 5 hs.
Para llegar a ella había que atravesar una terraza al aire libre.
El bidet semitapado y casi no cabía en el espacio de ducha.
Cuando reclamé, el argumento del conserge fue que había contratado la "smart"???
Le dije q eso significa "inteligente" y no "pequeña". Pero no me resolvieron la situación...

Go for the location but perhaps ask for a room in the main building.
Pros:

The location was quite central.

Cons:

The room we got at the hotel was in a building that must have been connected with the main building at a later stage so while there is a lift, to get to the room you need to go up and down stairs.
In addition the structure of the room was really odd, including the bathroom where the toilet was placed in an uncomfortable way. The window was barely covered by a curtain and an odd cover for the lower section.

This is a classy establishment in a comfortable and warm way.
Pros:

Perfect stay from the lovely, warm welcome to checkout. The location is ideal - central yet in a quiet corner. The room was huge, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything worked and was spotlessly clean. All the staff were exceptional: warm, friendly and helpful. Thank you, breakfast lady, for looking after us so well.
