The hotel is beautifully clean both rooms and communal areas, the staff are very friendly and attentive nothing is too much trouble.
Food hygiene 5* and the food was amazing, massive well done to the chef(s)
Swimming pool facilities (but changing rooms out of order), pool table (dart board would be a great addition though)
Lounge area with softer comfortable seats would have been nice, but the seats available were sufficient all the same
Well behaved doggy friendly 🐕👍🏼
✨(Cheaper to park on the prom than their car park which is first come and has to be moved by a certain time)
The room was a little too warm even with the radiator adjusted but still better than too cold.
The bed is really firm, which was ok the first night but really uncomfortable on tired hips after a day walking around everywhere.
Shower really small, no shelf for toiletries and very slow to drain.
The pool cue was broken so we needed to share one, but not too big of an issue.
Very drafty windows in the bar area on a very breezy day.
.
Disappointed no live entertainment on a Friday night.
Disappointed the room wasn't like the one pictured (smaller), we paid extra for a sea view but only had one chair no where for both of us to sit in front of the view, felt like a bit of a waste of money.
Clean and tidy, essentials included and brilliant view from the window. I was in a single room for a little weekend break alone and it had everything I needed.
There was a random drill in the bathroom I think they had done some work on the room- didn’t bother me much but was a bit random! other than that it was great!
The view from the window
The shower kept going freezing to boiling and radiator made an aeful sound when it came on but it was sorted pretty quicky by night porter
The location is great, we didn’t have breakfast.
Nothing

price of hotels car park, twice as expensive as roadside parking.
Spacious, clean, pleasant and polite staff, lovely food, good value for money
Nothing
The pool was lovely and warm the website photos do not give a good impression but it is much better than it looks if a bit dated.
Looking a bit tired in some areas.
Good value for money and clean
