Short but sweet !
Pros:

Second stay ,I travel a lot to Llandudno. Lovely staff , clean, tidy and comfortable.
As long as price remains competitive my daughter and I will continue to use always for her ins and outs of school, its been the best out of the 3 other places we have tried in Llandudno .

Cons:

Only thing really is if you have a lot of luggage lift doesn’t eliminate use of steps in old buildings, but I understand in historical buildings why this is.

Pros:

Where the hotel was located

Cons:

That the fire alarm went off at 2.45 am, it was a false alarm , and disturbed everyone including children. No explanation as to why it went off, also when going to a designated fire exit it would not open!
Beds were also very uncomfortable had a dip in it

Pros:

Room was a good size and on ground floor as requested. Most staff were friendly and welcoming. Just had one who ignored us awaiting at reception. Breakfast was well presented and had a good selection of hot and cold foods.
Bathroom was huge with a very powerful shower. Room seemed to be recently decorated and felt nice and fresh. Large bed (2 large singles joined together)
The only issue I raised was quickly dealt with.
We didn't get to visit the pool so we can't comment on that.

Cons:

The noise from the pool cleaning house which was outside our room and we had a loud humming noise constantly.
Beeasfaat could have been hotter
Just one member of staff who ignored me as I waited at reception.

We wouldn’t stay again unless it had a complete overhaul.
Pros:

Its location. Central to both the theatre and the shops.

Cons:

It’s in need of updating. Rotten windows, bathroom needs replacing. The lift had domestic emergency lights and alarms, something you would buy from B & Q.

A simple dated hotel but very clean and great value for money
Pros:

It's fairly old and basic but it is very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great value for money and would recommend as the location is great. There is a charge for pool towels so maybe bring your own.

Lovely Llandudno
Pros:

The Marine hotel is on the seafront in Llandudno and everything we possibly needed was a short walk away. The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and polite. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast delicious. We came to see Our town with Michael Sheen at Venue Cymru and the hotel was ideally placed to see this fantastic show. We also went to Ffin y Parc and Mostyn galleries which I would recommend.

If you want a personal experience...AVOID!!!
Pros:

Stayed here kast year and had a great experience....this tine not so good!!!
Firstly...we were charged £10.00 per night to park in the hotel carpark despite paying nearly £300 to stay as we up graded to a premium double room. It is cheaper to oark on the road.!!!
The room itself did not resemble the picture on the website...but was clean with a great sea front view.
Breakfast is now self serve buffet ...which were not told about at booking as we prefer table service.
Next day at breakfast was CHAOTIC!!!! THIS IS ALL I CAN DESCRIBE IT AS!!!!
We struggled to find a clean table, the queues were long, the coffee ran out, my husband ordered black pudding (which were told to do the previous day after complaining it was not available.). However, once it was prepared, there was no food left!!!! No sausage, scrambled egg or fried eggs!! We were told it would be 10 to 15 mins!!!! In the end, i just had jam and toast and left.
On the way out, we spoke to a 'manager'. He was unsympathetic, dismissive, rude and wasnt dressed like a manager if a hotel. The general staff were smarter!!!! When we told him we were disapointed at our experience and would not be rebooking.. he simply shrugged and pulled a face.
In conclusion ....very upset, disapointed and would not recommend staying here. Very unfortunate as we had a great time lsst year..felt we had a personal experience and staff looked after us and actually cared!! ThIs time was CHAOTIC AND IMPERSONAL...REGRETABLY...WOULD ADVISE NOT TO BOOK!!!!

Pros:

Location was great and the room was very spacious and comfortable
Breakfast was good quality
Bed was large with good pillows

Cons:

The hotel front door was locked when I came back late. It took a while for someone to let me in.

The main light in the room flickered constantly so I turned it off. The lamps created a nice ambience though
