Disappointed😞
Pros:

Understanding staff , frustrated that all is out of their control

Cons:

Small scruffy Room with sea view barred by scaffolding , have supply a very detailed email but have not got any satisfactory results !😔

Ideal location for a visit to the theatre, and excellent facilities

Pros:

Everything was great especially the fabulous staff and management. Simply outstanding, positive members of staff throughout!

Cons:

Food of good quality but mains slightly overdone to our taste. I wish we had known about the truck and scaffolding going up when we arrived but the manager more thanafe up for this with his positive actions.

Only a short stay but it was very nice and great food
Pros:

Breakfast was great, everything you would expect and more actually. Very clean, great Seaview. some scaffolding but doesn't affect anyone at all. Reasonable price. Would stay again

Likeable place.
Pros:

Liked the staff, the food, the bingo nights and the swimming pool.

Cons:

We thought the room could of been a bit better and the tv was small. Generally though it was fine.

Great location, parking an issue
Pros:

Location was great, staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

Mostly the parking problem, nowhere to park in the hotel, had to park on the street and return every 90 minutes to update, so we had to stay round about the area if the car, really wanted to take the tram and cable cars but because of parking we couldn’t do that, by the time parking was free at 4pm the tram had stopped running both ways, only going up not back down. The mattress was very firm but I still managed to sleep, the sink was very close to the toilet that you had to rest one arm on the sink while using the loo

we really enjoyed being on the seafront at LLandudno, such a beautiful place
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent & the staff were very friendly, lovely position right on the seafront and we were able to park outside on the road after 4pm

Cons:

We could access our 2nd floor room via the lift but then owing to the quirkiness of the building we still had to go up and down a few stairs to get to our room. If we had to use the hotel car park we would have been charged to do so

Excellent location on the seafront near the town centre. Friendly staff and great service. The breakfast was good, and the evening meal variable.

Cons:

Minor issues only - heavy scaffolding across the hotel during our stay, and the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work.

Clean and tidy, if a bit tired.

Cons:

Check in staff unhelpful, failed to inform us that we had to pre book dinner.
The breakfast was plentiful but poor in quality.

Cons:

They were scaffolding the hotel builders looking in as me and daughter were getting changed multiple times moved rooms and they appeared outside again with very loud drills STILL AWAITING A REFUND AS PROMISED...
