Pros:

It was a great location for us close to all amenities it had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Staff supper helpfully and friendly.

Personel bardzo miły, pokoj codziennie sprzątany każdego dnia i reczniki codziennie swieze

Cons:

Pokoj który zajmowałam nie miał bezposrednuego dostepu do windy, trzeba było przejsc po schodach, co sprawiało mi pewna trudność, ale inne pokoje byly w poblizu windy. Nie prosilam.o zmianę pokoju, więc trudnosci, ktore mialam pokonalam i potraktowałam to jako dałatkowa regabilitacje.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, central location.
Pros:

Excellent location on the seafront, overlooking the sea and long promenade. A short walk to the nearby train station. Excellent buffet breakfast, choice of bar meal or restaurant for evening meal. Plenty of seating areas.

Characteristic older hotel, Great location, Great food
Pros:

Location is fab.
Hotel had great character.
Good room facilities, nice and clean.
Breakfast was brilliant and had great choice.
Great evening meals/drinks

Cons:

Scaffolding- Would have been nice to be told about this before our stay.
Swimming pool had lovely area but felt a bit dirty and needed some attention, especially to the lumpy floor of the pool.
Ongoing changing room work made it a little awkward travelling to room wet/cold etc but attention is definatley needed to the changing/toilet area so only option i guess at the moment.

Lovely staff, room cleaning everyday food good
Pros:

The staff were lovely very pleasent, food was good bar meals a bit expensive though. Nice hot water cleaned everyday

Cons:

The room needs a little attention, re decorating and needs new shower cubicle a lot of cracked tiles in shower sink to near toilet. Also the cleaners room was near our room and noisy early morning when they start work and noisy clanging doors. We were given a room on the top floor a bit of a walk as we are elderly

Had an enjoyable stay despite the swimming pool problem.
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was excellent with everything you could want. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The location is very central on the seafront and close to the excellent shopping centre. Not far from the train station or the pier. My single room was quite spacious and had a seaview which was lovely.

Cons:

I was disappointed to find the changing rooms at the swimming pool closed due to health and safety. It was suggested you change in your room but that meant walking through the hotel wet and wrapped in a towel after your swim. I asked if they could provide bathrobes to use for this purpose but none were available so I never had a swim. I had booked this hotel because it had a pool so was disappointed.

Lovely Llandudno
Pros:

This hotel is really good value for money. Well situated on the prom. Friendly helpful staff, delicious food, well priced drinks in the comfy bar. The room decor needed a refresh but nothing that would spoil anyone's enjoyment. Nice powerful shower, clean towels and a comfortable bed. We will definitely visit again.
