Ok for the price. Could be really nice with some investment in decor and securing the squeaky floorboards everywhere
Pros:

Great sea view location. Parking on the road cheaper than the small car park

Squeaky floors seriously need addressing. Decor in the rooms is poor.

Pros:

It was my birthday weekend, and the staff welcomed me beautifully, even putting a birthday card on the door. The room was simple and clean. I was very surprised that the pool was very warm. The food was really nice. Overall, I enjoyed staying there. Staff (Amy and Jaydon) sorry if spelling isn't correct, was amazing. Amy organised some extra benefits for me as it was my birthday, much appreciated 🤗

Cons:

Our stay was super short, less than 24 hours, so we were really crunched for time. Check-in was at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. The pool closed at 6 pm and the restaurant at 7 pm. I booked it specifically for the pool, hoping to have some evening fun with my kid, but that didn't happen. We also needed access to clean towels; in the morning, we had to reuse our wet pool towels because no one was around to get fresh ones. We just couldn't do much, there wasn't enough time.

Disappointing
Pros:

All meals were very good.
Location was excellent.
Staff very helpful and pleasent

Cons:

Downstairs was dated and dirty, and in need of decorating. Especially the toilets and corridors.
No changing rooms/facilities for when using the swimming pool??

Pros:

Lovely sea view. Breakfast was good. Price for night included breakfast and evening meal so great value. They even had entertainment but we didn't watch it so cannot comment on it.

Cons:

No parking available.They have limited parking but it was all taken.
Evening meal service was a bit slow, but saying that the food was tasty. Would have been even better if they provided garlic bread as well.

A treat to stay here.
Pros:

Lovely warm clean spacious room with a sea view, huge bath, comfy big bed.
Buffet breakfast, vast choice of hot & cold food and drinks.
The swimming pool is such a treat, even though there's no changing room, just keep your swimsuit on under clothes & nip back up to your room to dry off!! The water is so warm its a great place to be
The location right on the sea front yet only a few feet away from the shops, but quiet at night.
Altogether a lovely place to stay.

As always really enjoyable 😉

We stay here regularly it's a friendly atmosphere at all times.

Cons:

Just a slight concern scaffolding has been in place along time. Yet not much appears to be happening/repairing etc. It blights the aesthetic look of the hotel.
