Pros:

I found a hair in one of the food.

Cons:

In two of our rooms smoke came out of the bath at night and my friend could not sleep well and had cough. There must be a problem related to the main ventilation.

Nice comfy hotel in a strategic location with a very good service.
Pros:

The services from all staff, start from reception miss. Nasywa and mr Leo are top notch.
Breakfast also nice with variety . My family loves the crispy Dori fish and sop daging.
Coffee also good

Cons:

Maybe the cleaning service must improve a lil bit more. And the rooms looks a bit old. Need maintenance

Pros:

Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfort.
It's located in Dago Bawah area, very convenience to go around the city.
Staff was very friendly and helfpul.

Pros:

Conveniently located in city centre, with reasonably sized rooms and amenities, however, some were found to get dated. Small onsite gym and outdoor pool. Nice restaurant set up with good variety and quality of food and beverages

prima maar niet fantastisch
Pros:

Locaite en uitstraling zijn goed. Prijs is wel hoog voor wat je krijgt en voor Bandung begrippen. Hotel in het weekend heeft veel grote partijen/bruiloften, dan is het heel druk en lang wachten voor de 2 erg trage liften.

Cons:

restaurants zijn aangepast, is er niet beter op geworden. twee hele ongezellig grote ruimten met matige kwaliteit

Pengalaman Menginap yang Menyenangkan.
Pros:

A) Kamar yg bersih dan rapi, interior design yang mengikuti zaman, juga para staff yang ramah;
B) Kamar cukup kedap suara untuk hotel yang berlokasi di pinggir jalan besar;
C) Koridor yang bersih tanpa ada sampah di luar kamar dan tenang.

Cons:

Jam yang tidak disesuaikan dengan hari/tgl dan jam di hari tsb.
