Pros:

The location was perfect with a view of the harbour and promenade . The room was very spacious clean and comfortable
All the staff were very helpful courteous and friendly. All in all this place made pur trip very special

Close to downtown

Cons:

Late breakfast. Restaurant did not open till 9:00 am. We had boxed breakfast since we started touring before 9:00 am but the price of the food does not even come to the amount we paid extra to have breakfast included

A good location.
Pros:

The hotel is well located at the west end of The Riva.
The room had partial sea view as detailed. Better than expected.
The room decor was as shown in photos (but not my taste).

Cons:

We requested a paid invoice receipt at checkout. “Can’t do that. We will send it to you by email.” What’s the issue? Should be automatic. And still received nothing!
Corridors/escape routes used to loosely store guest bedding.
Room is barren, empty fridge, no water, just 2 tea bags, no sugar.
The room TV needs to be programmed.
