Good location, but the partial seaview is really, really, partial
Pros:

It was within walking distance to main attractions

Cons:

Advertisement as having parking but it was actually a paid on the meter parking garage in the area.

Pros:

Dit leuke, wat kleinere hotel ligt bij de haven waar wij vanaf onze kamer een mooi uitzicht op hadden. De kamer was prima, parkeren kon erg dichtbij (wel duur), het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je loopt vanaf het hotel direct het centrum in, met overal winkeltjes, restaurants enzovoort. Aan de haven worden door restaurants ligbedjes verhuurd voor 50 euro per dag, maar als je iets doorloopt, zijn er prima gratis zandstrandjes waar we een heerlijke middag hebben gehad.

Gut gelegenes Hotel. Parken eine Katastrophe!
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren interessant ausgestattet. Alles war sauber.
Die Nähe zur Altstadt war optimal.
Es gab auf dem Roof Top des Hauses einen tollen Ausblick auf Split.

Frühstück wird im benachbarten Hotel angeboten und ist im Preis enthalten. Alles was man benötigt, aber nichts besonderes.

Cons:

Ein großes Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Wir haben schließlich zusätzlich 55€ am Tag für einen Tiefgaragenplatz in einem benachbarten Hotel gezahlt. Das Hotel hat dieses empfohlen. Das öffentliche Parkhaus hätte 48€ pro Nacht gekostet. In der Umgebung hätte man vielleicht auch etwas finden können, ist uns aber nicht gelungen.

Um hotel para desfrutar Split, sobretudo nos quartos com vistas para o mar.
Pros:

O café da manhã é bem servido, em estilo buffet, mas poderia ter mais variedade. O quarto é confortável, mas, em alguns momentos, fica exposto ao ruído da rua, não obstante a boa vedação da janela. Poderia também ser mais bem iluminado e contar com ganchos para pendurar roupas e bolsas.

Cons:

Ficamos num quarto convencional (ainda assim, denominado "superior"), sem vista para o mar nem para a cidade, fatos mal informados no site do hotel e no sistema de ofertas da Booking.com. Há um terraço no último andar, com uma vista muito boa, mas esse fato jamais nos foi informado, sendo descoberto (no último momento) por nossa curiosidade. Quanto a isso e a outros aspectos, a recepção do hotel poderia ser mais cuidadosa.

Excelente estadía en Split !
Pros:

Limpieza y ubicación. Tal como pedimos nos dieron una muy linda vista a la bahía. Martina ha sido muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento
