Pros:

A very nice experience.
I don't usually write reviews, but I'm happy to share this one. The hotel ordered a driver who waited for us with a plate with our name on it and helped us with our suitcases. Our room was modern, beautiful and clean. The bed was made of plush, which was interesting to us. Our room did not have a view of the sea, but we could use the roof terrace 24/7 with a beautiful view of the sea and the city. As we were supposed to go to Dubrovnik the next day, the receptionist took the time to tell us what we should visit in Dubrovnik.
Thanks to the staff once again for everything.

The facilities in the room were either missing or broken. The front desk promised a refund but instead of making one they applied a cancellation fee and made me use an hour to sort it out with the booking.com. Also the breakfast was poor

Nema parkiraliste. Ako zelite u blizini parkirat morate platiti vise od 30€ za dan. Docekala me strana djelatnica Sa losim engleskim. Kad smo usli u sobu osjetio se Jak miris kanalizacije. U zimi Sam morao otvoriti SIROM prozor da mogu disati. Ogledalo u kupaoni bilo razbijeno, vrata od TuS Kabine slomljena. Nisam Bio zadovoljan. Imate TV koji nema ni jedan program. Ako zelite bilo sta gledat treba platiti. Samo YouTube mozete ako se registrirate Sa svojim podacima.

Pros:

La amable recepcionista nos pidió que dejáramos una reseña si estábamos contentos con el alojamiento. Nos dirigimos a Dubrovnik. No suelo escribir reseñas, pero con gusto escribiré una. Mi compañero, que tenía la habitación contigua a la mía, tiene un 30% de discapacidad. Al llegar, la recepcionista lo acompañó a su habitación, le quitó la maleta, ajustó el aire acondicionado como le pidió, preparó té y puso el canal mexicano en la televisión. Muy amable de su parte. También me gustaría mencionar que tienen un gran jardín navideño y que el hotel es realmente precioso. Lo recomiendo.
