Fab stay and hospitable staff!
Pros:

I was checking in early morning 1am and it was effortless no issues, very friendly staff, room was really spacious , basic but just what I needed for the price, really good value

Cons:

The only thing was the shower had very little power so took twice as long washing my hair, most likely more of a issue for ladies.

Last minute on a budget. This place is a good option :)
Pros:

Great value for money. (Booked same day)
Gave us a free upgrade (very appreciated)
Close to a lot of food options
Free off street / Street parking nearby.
Had a view of the Manchester skyline from our view.

Cons:

They could have had more pillows (only 1 pillow per person)
We forgot to bring our own bodywash. So would have preferred if the shower soap dispenser had been refilled ahead of time as there wasn’t much.

Pros:

Estaba muy bien comunicado con parada de metro al lado del alojamiento. Los chicos de recepción siempre fueron súper amables. La habitación era amplia y tenía todo lo necesario. Muy bien todo la verdad

Cons:

Por las mañanas se escuchaba el tráfico muy cerca, pero si madrugas o si eres de dormir profundo no afecta tanto.

Pros:

Staff very helpful / friendly, although rooms very basic they were clean and generally OK

no window in room - not ideal but only stayed for 1 night (late evening and early checkout)

The toilet basin, towels and kettle were clean.

Cons:

The area is dirty, run down and unsafe.
Some of the other residences were drug addicts, that preceded to ask for cigarettes.
The shower did not work..
The communal areas are filthy, including a heavily stained matress on a landing area.
It smelt of drains.
The pillow was stained, there were fresh stains on the wall above the bed.
There was a roll of tin foil under the matress from previous drug users staying here.
There was no where to hang clothes.
Avoid at all costs, this place is horrendous!!
I was also promised a refund due to reporting the issues and no working shower.
The owner is no longer responding to any form of communication.
This room did not remotely resemble the images shown.
I also question weather the score on here is from illegitimate reviews by the owners as no one could possibly enjoy a stay here.

Je ne m’attendais pas à grand chose pour une chambre d’hôtel à ce prix en banlieu de Manchester, le rapport qualité/
Cons:

Après un séjour de trois nuits, mon expérience dans cet hôtel est malheureusement très décevante. L'isolation des locaux est de très mauvaise qualité : on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres, les couloirs et même dans la rue, ce qui rend le repos difficile. De plus, certains clients ont été très irrespectueux pendant les trois nuits, parlant très fort jusqu'à minuit voire 1h du matin, sans que cela ne semble être géré. La literie est particulièrement inconfortable, avec un oreiller qui s'apparente davantage à un tas de briques qu'à un vrai soutien. Le chauffage est inexistant, rendant la chambre peu agréable. La salle de bain est très sale et les règles d'hygiène sont clairement à revoir. Enfin, la douche est inutilisable : l'eau alterne entre brûlante et glaciale et le réglage est compliqué.
Une expérience globale très insatisfaisante.
