Hotel San Giuseppe

We stayed in that hotel for 2 nights. It is a really good hotel, close to Naples, just 15 minutes drive.
The dinner vas great and breakfast as well. Rooms cosy with air condition, nice bathrooms.

We stayed here for 5 days. The room was very spacious and the air conditioner worked fine but the fridge in the room didn't. Cleaning was modest at best, often short on towels and remains of a recent renovation - dust mostly - was always in the bathroom along with trails of ants. The breakfast served was decent a self service buffet. What persuaded me to rate this place as poor rather than average was that at the end of the stay they refused to let us pay with the credit card, the internet suddenly didn't work when we tried to offer a direct deposit, and they insisted on cash after a 5 night stay which meant high fees on my credit card when I had to make a cash advance at the ATM, of which they didn't reimburse - something to be weary of when traveling in the south I've learned regarding cash payments.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Used it as a base to explore but kept getting lost of an evening trying to find the hotel. Make sure you have it exactly marked with a cross on your map as road it's in is miles long! Also on very busy main road. No views.
Very basic breakfast. Coissents yogurt fruit juice tea or coffee is all you get to choice from. But with notice will cook you excellent evening meal.

We spend more than 2 weeks in this hotel and we really enjoy it!

A family owned hotel close to all the amazing spots of Campi Flegrei ( Pozzuoli, Lucrino, Baia etc..) 20 min drive to Naples city. Very comfortable and good value for money!
Raccomended.

Mi sembrava quella più comoda per visitare la zona....ma essendo tutto un po disorganizzato autobus ecc.Non serviva perché ho dovuto usare Lo stesso l auto

If you are looking for a solid 3 Star hotel, then I'd keep looking. For me, what was provided was more what I'd expect from a 2-Star location. There was a fridge in the room that didn't work and despite being there for 5 days, it seemed like the cleaning was minimal (beds made, towels replaced) and on the last day, no cleaning occurred because they didn't have anyone for the national holiday. There was drill dust in the corners from new installation and a small ant colony would come into the bathroom. No towel mat nor shower curtain so we had to sacrifice one of our towels to keep the floor dry. The AC worked really well though! Wifi only worked downstairs in the lobby. Staff were kind although sometimes difficult to find when needed. My biggest irritation came at the end of our stay - they said the credit card machine was "broken" and would only accept cash...

I stay here more than 10 nights. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is nice. I love Italian coffee here. Nice location near by Pozzuoli. Staff was very caring they provide me reflective clothe for ridding bicycle in night time. that was great time and i will again stay here if get chance.

We have stayed there 3 times over several years and always found the hotel most accommodating and friendly. The staff responded to our needs. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast offerings were most satisfying and readily available. Reservations are easy to make and we plan to return the next time we are in the area.
