La Loggia

This is right up there with my all time favourite hotel RivaLago.
I couldn't possibly say enough about this fantastic Hotel.
Right from the Welcome everything about this place was terrific.

We spent two very restful weeks at La Loggia.
The setting is beautiful, the staff more like friends than service providers
The scenery is beautiful, the weather reliably hot, the pool cool as a fresh mountain stream!

Friendliest staff ever! Place was hard to find and a bit out of the way, but best in the area.

Superbe hébergement situé assez haut dans les montagnes. On a été accueillis chaleureusement par un gentil monsieur qui nous a rapidement enregistré puis nous a montré notre chambre. Un belle grande chambre avec frigo, très propre. Le monsieur a gentiment ouvert les portes du balcon puis les persiennes donnant sur la vallée et avec une superbe vue sur celle-ci et sur la mer. Notre chambre avait un beau balcon où on a pu prendre un apéro en regardant le coucher de soleil. L'hôtel possède une très belle piscine mais il faisait un peu froid pour en profiter lors de notre passage. Un seul commentaire négatif consiste en la quantité de poussière présente dans/sur le couvre lit. Ceci pourrait facilement et rapidement être corrigé. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon avec beaucoup d'options: café, jus, céréales, fruits et croissants. Bien qu'un peu plus haut dans la montagne, cet endroit en vaut vraiment le coup. Je le recommande sans hésitation.

We booked for one night and within an hour of arrival, rebooked for an extra night. This is a SUPER inn! The riooms are perfect with fantastic views. Fiod in the adjoining restaurant is good and the owners/hosts are bery kind. The pool is a plus and the nearby (15 minute walk) town is absolutely charming! Our favorite bnb in all of italy!

We were booked for one night but extended another. And, would have stayed longer if our schedule had allowed. It is a super place in all regards. And the adjoining testament is a treat.

Kom ditt å ble overrasket over at vi var de eneste gjestene der og en ikke engelsk talende mann som tok oss i mot. Vi ble eskortert ned til kjeller rommene og og bestemte oss veldig hurtig om at het skulle vi ikke ha ferie. Det var ingen stoler å sitte på hverken ute på balkongen eller inne på rommet, vi gikk en runde rundt på område og alt var pakket vekk og bassenget var tomt for alt annet en løv. Det var rett og slett et spøkelses hotell uten noen form for fasiliteter i form av stoler, solsenger, bar eller mat servering.. det var rett og slett ikke til å være der. Prøvde å kommunisere med mannen som var der og han ringte rundt til noen i håp om st du kunne snakke engelsk med meg så jeg kunne fortelle han at vi ikke ville bo der. Endte opp med at jeg måtte betale en natt for å se dette gudsforlatte stedet i 10min! Om man skulle ha noe mat og vin så var det minst 30 min til fots på en ubrøytet vei i fjellet.
Vi kjørte til Sapri noen mil lenger nord og der var det en helt annen og mye bedre atmosfære! Jeg setter bildene fra hotellet er ikke slik som det hotellet framsto da vi var der!

This hotel is tucked away behind a beautiful Italian village. It is located up on the mountain with stunning views of the ocean. The hotel itself is very charming,the location quiet and serene, but what makes the visit so worth it is the staff. Each person there was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. The food is fresh local produce and meat, each meal was absolutely delicious! We ended up extending our stay because it was just to hard to leave!

Picked this place for a spur-of-the moment weekend trip with my family. The staff was wonderful and so friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we really enjoyed the pool. We we make mental notes of the places we visit, this is one we will be happy to return to.
