お値段、駅からの距離と良い要素が多いかなと思います。
Pros:

部屋がツインの部屋を用意して下さり広くて快適でした。

Cons:

あえで言うなら設備の古さはあるかもしれませんが、大変綺麗に清掃されているのでそこまで問題はないかなと。

価格も安いのでまずまずかな。
Pros:

価格の割には朝食が良かった。
近くのベトナム料理店が美味しかった。

Cons:

ベットの上の照明スイッチパネルが触っただけで落ちた。（オイオイ...笑）
ユニットバスとはいえバスルーム、トイレがちょっと狭いかな。

Nice hotel but maybe a bit overpriced.
Pros:

Location was nice. Short walk to the tram. Walking distance to an awesome Goyza place. Very friendly and helpful staff on the front desk (I believe staffed 24hrs). Room was clean.

Cons:

No air conditioning. The room got stuffy. When open widows you hear the traffic light "beeps" all night. The room was traditional Japan style small.
Also breakfast not great (Tinned sausage etc)
