when we checked in she couldn’t finde the reservation done by Hotel. Com . Printed out a bill that was 30% cheaper then I got through Hotels.com app. I’ve explained that it was already paid through the app . In the morning we got the information that the breakfast was not possible to get due to a renovation.

The location in the center of KhonKane. Near the market TaradTonTal and I can go to the Airport with in 15 minutes from this hotel. For breakfast is not good, you should be booking without breakfast and find the other breakfast from this area that okay.

Its good and comfortable place Breakfast poor

Ok for the price. Bathroom could have done with a shower curtain so you didn't wet the toilet etc when showering. Note if you get a room on the second floor there's no Elevator.

Breakfast is not good

Overall a nice place for reasonable price. I could not find much good local food so had to grab a tuk-tuk or taxi. Good free breakfast buffet. Refrigerator, hot water kettle, privacy balcony. I left to a different place at same price simply because I wanted a pool, but already realized I should have stayed here. I travel on a budget, and for me this is above my typical spending but at this price is affordable, clean and overall a pleasant surprise.

ปกติถ้าไปนอนขอนแก่นก้อจะพักที่นี้ตลอด ห้องพักสะอาดราคาก้อไม่แพง แต่มีครั้งล่าสุดไม่ทับใจห้องน้ำเท่าไหร่ระดับพื้นไม่ดีทำให้น้ำขัง ห้อง 5204 ห้องอื่นๆ ก้อมีประตูห้องน้ำเริ่มปิดลำบาก นอกนั้นห้องก้อโอเคดี ที่จอดรถสะดวก

1.The bathroom also has insects and parasites. And the food is just not good.
2.The room is very old.
3.Drinking water in the room also has a foul smelly.

Good location, short walk to City Center Mall. Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet, coffee, Thai dishes also.

I booked the VIP room through hotels.com but the front desk did not have my reservation. She asked me to forward my booking confirmation email to her and then assigned a room which is not VIP. My room is in second floor next to stairs. I could hear steps all night.
No elevator, and no bell boy helped with my 50lb luggages.
Breakfast is just fair, bread toasters were not working well. The jam with toast is not a jam

We where traveling to Sakon Nakhon but ran out of daylight so decided to stop over in Khon Kaen. As we had no idea where where found several on the garmen first three where pay by the hour sex huts. But the mammoth was a bit different looked like a hotel for starters booked in for one night really good reception large clean rooms, comfy bed clean sheets towels etc. Couple of could do betters there are coffee making facilities but the water heater did not boil so Luke warm drink. The shower head was damaged so water went everywhere. But what do you expect for 700 baht. Breakfast was all Thai but the egg fried rice was rather good coffee hot and fruit juice and toast / jam . All in all not an unpleasant stay at all recommended for short stay
