Pros:

The room was so clean and comfortable! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel...

Cons:

Just the busy road opposite the hotel. It took quite long to cross over. But that is a luxurious problem. :-)

very good budget stay to explore 'local' kuala lumpur
Pros:

Very good value air-conditioned room with ensuite. everything was clean. nice touch to have hairdryer, bottled water, tv, lift. room was serviced daily with new towels provided and bottled water replenished. straightforward checkin and checkout (MYR50 deposit was paid in cash and refunded promptly when at checkout). i was ok with a room without window because the price was so low. within 30mins walking distance is two big shopping malls. the surrounding area also has plenty of local eateries, massage, facial, hair salons which are also very good value.

Cons:

nothing really. on fri night i could hear voices of other guests but only for a couple of minutes. the night before was completely quiet.
