Pros:

今回は、香味亭さんのお祝いプランを兼ねての宿泊で利用させて頂きましたが、接客から料理、ケーキまで大変満足のいくものでしたありました。
この二泊三日、非日常感を味わうことで高い価値観を感じました。

観光2日目の宿泊ホテルだったが気分を害した。
Pros:

屋内駐車場が広く車が雨に濡れない

Cons:

受付で予約が無いと言われ、booking.comで予約したと伝えたがそれでも無いとのことだった。
他のホテルと間違えてるのでは？とも言われ焦った。
仕方なく宇都宮市内のホテルを探しに帰ろうとしたら呼び止められ、ホテル側の予約者管理誤りで予約はされていた。

大満足でした
Pros:

部屋がとても快適だった。
ベッドは広く、ソファーやオットマンまであり、また、バスルームは洗面台が広くて、2人で利用しても十分なスペースがあった。
加湿器付きの空気清浄機は、自分でセットしなくても作動してくれていた。

備品やアメニティも充実していた。
バスローブの着心地は良く、バス用品は一通りのアメニティが配備されていて、特に身体を洗うスポンジが気に入った。
また、部屋にはほうじ茶と緑茶のティーバッグがあり、フロントではドリップ式のコーヒーをもらえたのもありがたかった。

ベッド脇にコンセントがないと思ったら、ナイトテーブルの上に延長コードが設置されていて、寝る前のスマホの充電も問題なかった。

Cons:

洗面台に少々汚れがあった。

トイレが別なら更に良かった。
