Pros:

広々とした館内に多岐に亘るレストランが有り、予約した香味亭は食材、雰囲気とも最高でした。また、部屋も綺麗で快適、朝食も美味しかったです。
7月にも宇都宮に出掛けますが、既に予約させて頂きました。

英国風の上品で居心地良いホテル
Pros:

豪華な雰囲気そのままに、スタッフの皆様も対応が丁寧でとても印象が良かったです。
ベットの寝心地がとても良かったです。
隣の中華料理屋でリーズナブルに夕食を食べれて良かったです。
朝食が和食か洋食が選べて、どちらも大変美味しく頂けました。味噌汁が無かった以外は、家族皆とても満足していました。小4でも大人並みに食べるうちの子にはお子様セットがやや足りなかったようですが美味しかったとのこと。
また、近くにゴーカートのできる公園や、大きめのショッピングセンターがあり、旅の最後まで楽しく過ごせました。

Cons:

到着時、裏側の駐車場からフロントまでやや歩きます。足の悪い父には少し遠かったようでした。
夜7時すぎ、ホテル内のイタリアンレストランに行くと、中の店員さんにお料理の提供は時間がかかりますが…と言われて入るのはやめました。少し残念でした。
上品なホテル、お部屋は広めで居心地は良かったのですが、施設が古めなので細かいところが少し気になりました。

食事以外は全部good！
Pros:

到着時に喫煙ルームで大丈夫ですかと質問があり、変更を希望したところスムーズに対応してくれたのは嬉しかったです。部屋の防音が良いのか、とても静かに過ごせた。居室も清潔にそうじされていて良かった。居室、駐車場、フロント対応は満足しました。

Cons:

洗面台を拭くためのミニタオルのようなものがあったら、水しぶきを拭くことが出来たのになと思った。
朝食はもう少し期待していたので残念だった。あまりにも簡素な朝食と言う感じ、レストランを出る時に初めて朝食料金を見て驚いた。連泊となると朝食はパスかな。飲み物はセルフで好きなものを自由に取れるのですが、種類なさすぎ。パンは好きなものを選べるバイキングにしてもらいたい。フレンチトーストはおいしかったが、トーストしてあった厚切りパンとサクサク感のないクロワッサンには食欲がわかず手を付けづに残した。おかずでのビュッフェスタイルが出来なくても、パンだけは美味しいパンが食べ放題とかだったら満足感があったかも。自慢の焼きたてピザとかもあったらテンション上がるかも。
