Pai Tan Villas

Grundsätzlich angenehmer erster Eindruck, obwohl das „Resort“ sehr viel kleiner ist als wir empfunden und angenommen haben. Das Hotel entspricht nicht den angezeigten Bildern.
Das Personal war grundsätzlich nett, aber mehr auch nicht. Wir waren anderes nach 4 vergangenen Unterkünften in Thailand gewohnt. Gekümmert wurde sich wenig um uns.
Frühstück war einfach und ausreichend.
Die „Villas“ sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchten dringend mal eine Renovierung

Absolutely gorgeous property! Sadly we only stayed for 1 night as we had booked to go onwards to Hong Kong. Would definitely come back for longer. Beautiful villas, great staff, really appreciated the early check in. Comfy beds, Huge bathrooms and lovely pool area. Only about 10 or so Vila’s I think- in such a quiet spot but close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Fantastic place.

A wonderful small property minutes from the beach and restaurants. Breakfast is good. Pool is well kept. The room was in excellent condition. The bathroom faucet and shower head could use replacing but are functioning fine.

This perfectly sized villa-based hotel felt like a really magical find. The family run, welcoming place is really wonderful in many ways. The villas are extremely spacious, incredibly clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches (such as plenty of drinking water replenished daily and welcome soft drinks in the fridge. Every villa has direct access to one of the pristine pools.

The grounds are beautifully kept and it feels like a haven that is mere steps away from the white sand sweep of Bang Tao beach. So close yet nestled away enough so that the beach clubs don't bother those of us that turn in early.

The family provide an exceptional breakfast - made to order. I honestly cannot fault the choice they offer and the generosity of food.

If you're after flashy, international 5 star brand hotel amenities this isn't the place for you. However, if you're a couple or a family or even a solo traveller looking for a haven nearby the fun of Bang Tao beach, you won't regret being here.

Good but shower was a bit dirty and we found a couple of bugs in the bed.

The staff were super friendly and helpful.

We did not like Bang Tao that much.

great staff and clean property

We only stayed at Pai Tan Villas for one night but absolutely loved our stay! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The property itself is clean and nearby the beautiful Bang Tao Beach along with many great restaurants. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

Lovely little boutique property

Friendly helpful staff from time of arrival. Large bedroom and very large bathroom with large bathtub. Very quiet area within walking distance of beach, shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful property! Sad we could not extend our stay longer. Peaceful, friendly and comfortable.

Vi bodde som familj (2 vuxna och 2 tonåringar) i två rum med låsbar dörr emellan. Väldigt praktiskt med två badrum. Fräsch mindre pool i direkt anslutning. Rätt charmigt boende. Strand på gångavstånd. Vägarna i närheten var i rätt dåligt skick när vi var där - mycket regn perioden innan vår vistelse bidrog säkert till detta.

The staff here were TERRIFIC, so I feel bad leaving a negative review. But it's important to be truthful. There were a lot of problems:

- During my 4-night stay, the toilet broke TWICE. Once it started leaking, and another time it got clogged.
- There wasn't a proper desk or chair in the room, making it very hard to use my large laptop. There was a small bedside table and a wooden block you could sit on, but that was it.
- The pools were really small and just not that nice.
- The water pressure in the shower was pathetic.
- The water pressure in the sink would change for no reason, spraying water everywhere.

Wir hatten so eine schöne Zeit in diesem „Mini-Resort“. Es hat den Charme eines Boutique Hotels, ist aber familiengeführt. Die Anlage ist klein und verwinkelt, sehr grün und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die zwei Pools sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Jeden Tag kam jemand und hat die Wasserqualität überprüft. Das Frühstück war einfach aber lecker und gut organisiert. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr sauber. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, einen 7Eleven, Massagesalons, eine Apotheke, sowie einige Geldautomaten. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar und sehr schön! Aber das Beste war das Personal! Alle waren mega nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben zwei Bootsausflüge über das Hotel gebucht (Similan & Phi Phi) und beide waren toll! Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder 😊

After staying at a busy resort for a week, a couple of days at Pai Tan was very relaxing. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the pools were warm and inviting. Pai Tan is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We loved the gardens surrounding the villas and although the breakfast was simple, it was very tasty. We were able to organise a later check out before our flight. Would recommend.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Everything was great at this hotel. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. 👍

Die kleine Anlage liegt zentral und doch ruhig, viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe, zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten.
Manee und ihr Team sind zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
Zum Flughafen sind es ca 40 Minuten.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great time away from all the busy people nice to get away

The pools were perfect, the staff were excellent, the cleanliness was great.
Maybe they could add a lunch/dinner service but that would be my only wish. The rest was perfect 👌

This property was lovely. Everything about it was perfect, from the cute and clean bungalows to the helpful and friendly staff. Would 100% recommend this place.
