It was a nice location. Accommodations were fine, mostly clean.

The property had a great location and beach parking directly across from the beach, which was ideal.

Cons:

Our bathroom was not clean when we arrived. There was mold forming in the toilet. Also, the staff was very kind but didn’t inform us beach towels were available and we ended up purchasing them. We also were not briefed that there is no housekeeping during our entire stay upfront or what to do with our garbage.

Pros:

The inside pool with slide was my grandson favorite.
I like that it was close to Walmart and Foodlion.
The rooms were good. Saw a couple of bugs inside the room I guess due to the trees.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to wait 3 hours to get in my room when check-in time was at 4.
I didn't like that I was next in line and the manager comes to help out the man that was working and started helping the other people behind me instead of asking for the next customer.
We were owners but now we are not. I see that customers are treated differently than owners.
Our money is still green.
We won't be coming back.

Ein toller Platz um die Outer Banks zu entdecken, Gepäck sollte nicht zu schwer sein
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage, Räume groß und gut eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Zum Meer ist es auch nicht weit, das Hotel hat dort sogar einen eigenen Parkplatz

Cons:

Es gibt keine Aufzüge, was an sich egal ist, solange man den 25 kg Koffer der Liebsten hochwuchten darf.

We enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities the resort had to offer. We will definitely be back!
Pros:

From the minute we stepped in we were greeted pleasantly by Jamie. Our room was ready earlier than expected and the suite was spacious and clean! The king bed was comfortable.

Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!
Pros:

We loved the facility overall! The pool and water slide was a hit with the kids. Loved the convenience to Walmart, and loved that they provided private parking for beach access.

Cons:

One of the arcade games was broken, and no refund was provided. I know it was only a few dollars, but when you give an 11 year old a budget to play with and $3 is gone out of it due to a game being broken, it was a big deal. There was no sign posted that the game was out of order (air hockey), but the staff was already aware prior. Again, it was not a big thing in the grand scheme of things, but it was still disappointing.

The couches were so uncomfortable. I know that providing things that last is priority, but when wanting to snuggle up with a blanket and a book or watch TV, you felt like you were being thrown out on the floor.

Clearly, the cleaning staff did not look UNDER the night stands. We found deodorant in one bedroom (not a big deal), but in the master (where our 2 year old also slept,) we found someone's pill box with their medications. If my child had gotten ahold of that, it could have been a huge incident. Also, a little extra attention to dusting the headboards and the tops of lamps would be GREAT!
