لاتوجد فرشاة أسنان رغم وجود بعض الأدوات

اتصال الاستقبال معي وقت الظهيرة لطلب الخروج رغم وجود حجز مدفوع مسبقاً.

A disastrous experience
Pros:

Nothing was good to be honest. I suffered every second I stayed there.

Cons:

The staff (precisely someone called amalallah) make you feel like you are their nemesis. Booking.com support helped me fix a problem with my reservation, Amalallah wasn’t happy. Tried everything to make things harder for me.

Poor welcoming attitude, not a single person said hi or how was your stay. All their efforts are put to be difficult with you.

Wifi was the slowest i ever seen in my life. Internet almost nonexistent.

I’m glad I’ll never be there again.

I liked the hotel’s convenient location in Salmiya, the friendly and helpful staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel. Kim at the reception deserves special appreciation for her amazing smile, positive attitude, and happiness in helping guests. She is highly professional in her communication and makes guests feel truly welcome. Her excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

I would have appreciated a greater variety of cheese options at breakfast, as cheese is one of my favorite foods.
