Location, Stuff on the reception very kind.
It was a little bit uncomfortable with a baby stroller everyday throughout garage to walk, there are just a stairs outside.
We arrived at the hotel late, parked the car in front of the building, and went to check in. While speaking with the receptionist, we asked about parking. We were informed that we should park at a hotel located about 100 meters away, as there were no available spaces in this one. The parking at that other property cost €35, which was obviously not an attractive option for us.
We therefore asked whether there was any chance a space might become available soon. In response, the receptionist became very rude and stated that this was not possible, as the parking was full.
We decided to leave our car in front of the hotel. In the morning, we found a €15 fine for parking in a supposedly non-designated area. Interestingly, the fines were issued only to vehicles with foreign registration plates. Cars with Croatian plates parked in the same area did not receive any fines.
From the very beginning, the whole parking situation seemed very suspicious to us. We got the impression that the receptionist was deliberately directing guests to the paid parking at another hotel, even though parking spaces were actually available at this property. We became certain of this when we spoke with a couple who had been occupying a parking space we had previously considered. They were leaving the hotel and offered to give us their spot. The receptionist reacted very angrily, saying that “this is not how things work,” that the space had long been taken, and that guests were not allowed to arrange things among themselves.
As it later turned out, no one parked in that space for the next two days.
Only after we expressed our strong dissatisfaction with the situation did the receptionist open the underground parking for us. We then discovered that there were around seven free, unreserved parking spaces available. After reading Google reviews later, we noticed that similar parking issues had been mentioned by other guests as well. It therefore seems that this was not an isolated incident.
Lage war sehr gut!!
Strand war auch nicht weit und alles konnte Mann schnell erreichen.
Restaurants und Bars waren auch vor Ort.
Das kein Parkplatz im oder vor Hotel vorhanden war.
Im Garagen war kein Platz (Sollte Mann vorher reservieren meinte die Dame die nicht so freundlich war.
Wir haben auch das Apartment bekommen die nicht so auf dem Fotos war.Balkon war schmutzig und ungemütlich,au dem Foto war so ein Eck Balkon mit schönem großen Tisch und Blick auf Meer.
Leider waren wir nicht zufrieden mit dem unterdach Apartman .
Die Dame meinte dann das sie keine andere Apartment hatte zur Verfügung.
So ein Apartman würden wir nicht buchen und erst recht für so was 400€ die Nacht bezahlen.
