The fact it had a pool and hot tub as amenities.
I booked through your site, I had a confirmation number. Upon checking I was denied accommodations because I did not have a credit card in my possession. I paid 260.00 cash as a security deposit. The hot tub was not in service. The bathroom shower walls were covered in white soap scum. The grout was dark thus showing the filth more. I stayed a second night. They could take my debit! It was the second morning when I went to have a bath that I realized the scum. Housekeeping REMOVED the shampoo and cream from the room!! I was upset. I mentioned all problems at check out. My.room was approximately 150.00 per night. I got a 25.00 credit. It was more the facilities issues than yours.

It was clean and seem newly renovated room.
It’s expensive compared to the neighbouring hotel. The only difference that I see is because they have a pool, but the design of the pool is not family friendly kids won’t enjoy the pool. That’s why I pay extra is for our little one to enjoy it but it didn’t what exactly happen.

I went to tell the night attendant about it and to ask for gloves to remove it as she was too scared to do it.
