The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was adequate and clean. The noise level was minimal.

Cons:

Several staff members could have been more helpful and better trained. They work in the hospitality industry, after all. Their attitude about their work was sub par.
I bought Lysol wipes from the shop listed at $2.00, later saw that I was charged $4.00 when I got home.
The staff that checked me out was not proficient with the computer.

Cons:

There were a lot of policies and amenities and things that we weren't told when we checked in that would've been nice to understand.

Facilities quite adequate but booking/reservation process needs to be upgraded.

Cons:

The original booking was for 2 rooms where the sleeping facilities (beds) were separated from the rest of the room (kitchen, TV, and bathroom). We were assigned the studio suites instead where the kitchen/beds were combined and I was unable to make changes as the facility was fully booked. The sleep habits of my wife and myself are quite different. She is an early sleeper who requires complete quite and darkness while I prefer to watch TV and go to bed quite late. Not having the separate rooms in the suite adversely impacted our stay. My original booking shows a reservation with the separate rooms. I am not sure but I believe that I paid the rate for the upgraded rooms but was assigned the studio suite instead.
Same situation for the second room that I booked for our children/grandchildren.

They already have limited amenities. Trash was left out in the hallway all night creating a smell throughout the hotel.

Took 15 minutes for someone to tend to me waiting at the foyer to check in. I booked a 2 bedroom suite and we only got a one bedroom suite and didn’t get any money reimbursed. No breakfast. Cooking items were terrible.
