El precio es demasiado alto para los servicios que se ofrecen. Las instalaciones son antiguas con equipo antiguo. Durante la estancia tuvimos problemas con algunos insectos rastreros.

Pros:

Su vista es increíble, desde la habitación puedes ver todo zihuatanejo, tiene frigobar, el aire funciona muy bien, la alberca muy limpia y amplia ,está en un lugar muyy tranquilo como a 5 minutos de la cancha (centro)
Te dan cafecito de cortesía muy bueno
Las bebidas y alimentos de su restaurante muy ricos.
Como tal no tiene estacionamiento, pero afuera del hotel siempre hay un lugarcito para estacionarte.

Cons:

Demasiadas escaleras y con el calor pues es agotador,pero digo, si regreso pediría habitación de las de abajo.
Un poco tedioso estar configurando la televisión cada que la usas.
Las camas cómodas pero creo que podrían mejorar
En la limpieza tienen que mejorar ,no tienen organización solo una vez me hicieron la habitación.

El baño de la habitación que nos tocó cuenta con una tina de hidromasaje que a la vez funciona como regadera, y es muy difícil y riesgoso tanto entrar como salir para niños pequeños o personas mayores y/o con algún problema físico ya que no cuenta con nada para sujetarse o algún escalón que facilite meterse a bañar
