Pros:

Localização muito boa, quanto a próximidade das praias. O banheiro do quarto que fiquei era todo reformado, tudo novinho e muito limpo.
O quarto em si com otimo ar-condicionado, frigobar gelando bem e os itens como cobertor, toalhas e lençois todos bem limpos e cheirosos.
O café da manhã é bem simples, mas muito bom.

Cons:

O local não possui estacionamento.
O local em si é um pouco perigoso, no passa local passa bastante andarilhos, moradores de rua, etc.
