Pros:

Quiet small hotel, 15 minutes walk to the centre of Yerevan, the staff was very nice, breakfast was good and parking for the car outside the hotel entrance. 24 hour reception. It's a perfect hotel for someone who wants a central hotel with parking.

A super hotel in Yerevan.
Pros:

Идеалити!
Pros:

Расположение просто супер, 15 минут пешком до каскада, в 5 минутах ходьбы круглосуточный продуктовый, также в 5-7 минутах остановка 201 маршрутки, которая идет в аэропорт.
Отель расположен внутри двора, поэтому в нем очень тихо и спокойно, шум внешних улиц не слышен.
Номер чистый и светлый, 2 окна, есть все удобства (чай-кофе-вода-принадлежности для умывания-тапочки), даже небольшой диван и кресло. Ванная просторная и комфортная. В шкафу - теплое одеяло для мерзнущих.
Номер обогревается кондиционером, в более холодное время, наверное, может быть слишком холодно, но мне было тепло. И из-за кондора воздуха суховат.
Персонал замечательный и отзывчивый. Вечером накрапывал дождик, попросила зонтик, оперативно нашли и предоставили.
Завтрак хороший, можно найти что поесть, всего в достатке!

Cons:

Не было такого.
Я бы предложила добавить в номер по паре столовых тарелок с виками/ложками и ножами для тех, кто ужинает в номере.

по-моему, один из лучших вариантов размещения в Ереване по соответствию цена-качество
Pros:

останавливались 2 раза: в январе 2025 и в январе 2026;
небольшой отель, номеров на 15;
расположен во дворе, в окружении жилых домов; тихо; до центра (Каскада) минут 10-15 пешком;
парковка: в 2025 въезд во двор был открытым, оставляли машину свободно; в 2026 поставили шлагбаум - мы машину не брали, но, видимо, надо договариваться заранее о парковке;
номера соответствуют описанию и фото; чисто (при желании можно найти, к чему придраться, но в целом очень достойно);
в 2026 попали в холодное время (на улице было -10); в номере было прохладно, но не критично: в белье не походишь, но и шубу натаскивать не надо, спать комфортно; в 2025 на улице было теплее и в плане тепла не испытали никаких неудобств; 'отопление' кондиционером;
завтраки: ассортимент блюд небольшой, но выбор во всех категориях есть (холодное / горячее / закуски / сладости / напитки), всё очень вкусное; атмосфера близка к домашней;
персонал работает отлично;

Cons:

может быть неудобно людям с ограниченной подвижностью: в номера / столовую ведёт довольно крутая лестница, лифта нет

Мне было тихо, тепло, уютно, комфортно.
Pros:

Мне понравилось абсолютно всё, особенно тишина, спокойствие, уединеное не шумное место, только один малюсегький минус, в номере, если быть точнее, в ванной комнате, возле унитаза с левой стороны на полу постоянно была небольшая лужица, даже после уборки, а в остальном идеально.

Cons:

Всё, кроме маленького нюанса, что описала выше.
