An excellent hotel where I would love to return
Pros:

This is a very cozy, clean, and comfortable hotel in the city center, in an excellent location. The front desk staff are exceptional, welcoming, and attentive, and are always ready to help with anything you need. The hotel also offers an excellent breakfast, and the kitchen staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly.

Неплохой отель для кратковременной остановки в Ереване
Pros:

Небольшой отель удачно расположен: близко к центру города, но спрятан от шума во дворе. Персонал очень приветливый и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Вайфай хорошо работал.

Cons:

Кровать - диван для ребенка представляет собой практически раскладушку. 2 подстеленных нами одеяла немного улучшили комфорт, но вторую ночь я пошел сам на неё спать. Было жестковато, несколько ночей не проведешь. Вход в душевую кабину завешан просто шторкой, вода переливается через край и в результате в туалете лужа. Завтрак слабоват: всё было холодное, огонь под подставками с яичницей и сосисками не горел. В общем и целом учитывая расположение и цену подходит для кратковременной остановки.

Расположение, завтраки, соотношения цена-качество

Cons:

Дополнительная кровать для дочери была сильно изношена и сломана, спать было очень не удобно.
На завтраках был растворимый кофе.

Just an honest hotel with all you need and friendly people.
Pros:

Nice, small hotel, in a quiet neighbourhood. A bit difficult to find at night, but we made use of their airport service which was excellent.

Pros:

Регулярная уборка номера , смена полотенец. В целом все отлично. Вкусные завтраки, улыбчивый, приятный персонал. Месторасположение очень удобное, центр города в шаговой доступности. Рядом есть есть ресторанчик, аптека, круглосуточный продуктовый магазин.

Cons:

Очень хотелось бы, чтобы в отеле была постирочная. Ереван жаркий город летом, поэтому иметь возможность постирать вещи, важна.

Great location if you wanna easy walk to Cascade
Pros:

Great location to Cascade complex , to the SAS supermarket and restaurants, coffee shops and main streets . Also complimentary breakfast

Cons:

No elevator , so be aware if you have heavy suitcases but the front desc people were so helpful

Ottimo soggiorno a Yerevan. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la grande gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, sempre pronto ad aiutare con professionalità e cortesia. La struttura è molto pulita e ben curata, con camere confortevoli e ordinate.

La posizione è uno dei punti di forza: si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata di visite, ma allo stesso tempo abbastanza vicina al centro da permettere di raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni della città.

Un'ottima soluzione per chi cerca pace, pulizia, flessibilità e un'accoglienza calorosa durante il soggiorno a Yerevan. Consigliato.

Great comfortable stay
Pros:

Big, comfortable room, great attention to cleanliness in the entire hotel, in a nice quiet, yet central location. The staff was very kind and helpful, we had fast communication with a 24-h frontdesk. Extremely comfortable beds, clean linens as well as tasty breakfast. The WIFI was fast. Everything you need for a quality stay in Yerevan.

Cons:

Everything was fine, no complaints. Maybe some smaller maintenance issues of no big significance.

Quiet small hotel, 15 minutes walk to the centre of Yerevan, the staff was very nice, breakfast was good and parking for the car outside the hotel entrance. 24 hour reception. It's a perfect hotel for someone who wants a central hotel with parking.
