Cleanliness
2.5
Clearly poor in many reviews: multiple reports of cucarachas and termites, dirty bedding, old towels and a dirty pool—serious hygiene concerns.
Service
6
Mixed: several complaints about rude, unaccommodating reception staff and reservation/ deposit issues, but a few mentions of friendly reception and returning guests.
Location
8
Frequently noted as very central/good location; convenient for visitors despite limited parking.
Room Quality
4
Rooms described as old and in need of remodeling, broken furniture, some comforts (beds/pillows) acceptable for short stays but overall worn and sometimes smoky.
Amenities
5
Mixed: pool noted as attractive by some but also reported dirty; no restaurant/breakfast and issues like missing towels and broken TV control were reported.
Value for Money
3.5
Several complaints about being overcharged vs app price, mandatory deposits and not getting refunds; many felt price did not match condition.
Food and Beverage
4
Limited or absent F&B (no restaurant/breakfast reported); no strong positives for food service mentioned.
Overall Experience
4.6
Overall mixed to negative: some guests liked the location and returned, but frequent cleanliness, service and value issues lowered the general experience.

Demasiado ruido
Pros:

No respetaron el precio de la reservacion de la aplicación (cobraron más). Por la madrugada gritos en pasillo y golpes fuertes en las puertas y también a las 6 y media de la mañana. Limpieza bien y cama y almohadas cómodas. Personal de recepción fue amable.
